The room was so clean and tidy also big size very confry Bathroom 🚽 and shower 🚿 also so clean The stuffs are so kind to everyone lovely people Welcoming family, I will recommend it to my friends when I arrive to UK 🇬🇧

L’établissement est excentré. Il n’y a pas grand chose autour. Nous n’avons pas vraiment été accueilli lors de notre arrivée. C’est mal isolé (bruit et froid).

Das Zimmer ist gross, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war bequem und hatte mehrere Kissen. Das Bad war gross und sauber. Tolle Dusche und moderne Toilette. Es hatte einen Fernseher mit verschiedenen Sendern. Der Besitzer war sehr hilfsbereit und brachte mir Tee, weil ich krank war. Wir konnten ohne Problem, unseren Aufenthalt verlängern. Sie haben uns geholfen, ein Taxi zu organisieren.

Das Wifi funktionierte im Gang sehr gut, im Zimmer eher schlechter. Das zweite Zimmer war etwas kleiner und die Dusche war im Bad ohne Abtrennung.

Upon arrival the owner was very welcoming and friendly. So where the rest of the staff. The Wi-Fi was good.

We stayed for one night on our way from Ella to Inguru Oya/Naealapitiya region. We booked the cheapest room for around 20$ since we only really planned to stay for the night. We felt quite disappointed by the overall cleanliness of the place which was far below standard in our experience so far. The bedsheets were stained and didn’t seem as if they’ve been freshly washed. The floor in room and bathroom wasn’t clean at all - there was dirt and lint everywhere. The whole bathroom seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There were stains and dirt around all of the fittings and the glass doors and tiles were dirty as well. On top of that (pun intended) there clearly were some rodents living in the ceiling which made quite the racket throughout the whole night and kept me from sleeping. We can’t say much about the apparently good breakfast since we didn’t book any and left early in the morning. Maybe it’s what you get when you book cheap and the more expensive rooms are nicer and more taken care of - we can’t tell. Be as it is, throughout our holiday in Sri Lanka we’ve had all types of accommodation, even basic local home-stays for less than 15$ per night (breakfast included). None have ever been as scruffy as this place.

The stay was wonderful and the staff were really friendly especially Mr. Sham and as well as Mr. Janith. They were very lovely and we really recommend this place for everyone.

Only the room were so cold and little old and WiFi is sometimes weak

The property is close to the city center and in the lap of nature. Janith is down to earth and very helpful. There was generous servings of Tamil food for breakfast

nice property and easy access to the location, Anthony and the owner was helpful providing us a kettle and tea/coffee sachets and a blanket on request.

bed was not comfortable and linen was not cleaned and no towels provided and TV line was disconnected.

It was a nice stay in this place, the hotel itself is cozy and full of different nice details. I liked my room and the view to the city. The host was friendly and welcoming. I had a good breakfast upstairs in the dinner zone.

Despite the fact that the bed in the room was extremely huge, the mattress was quite old and too soft for me, so I couldn't sleep well in the middle of it. Also keep in mind that they don't accept dollars, so please have some rupees with you :)

I didn't like this covering on the hotel floor and in the rooms. there was also a wasp's nest near our window. I think it could be dangerous, we didn't open the windows because we were afraid that the wasps would bite

We really liked the place because of Anthony!! he’s a great host and tries to make every wish come true. he’s so nice and helpful, showed us around and helped with the planning of our stay! Thankfull to met him and the time we could spend in Nuwara Elyia!

the place we stayed seemed a little old but still has it’s charme

Because of a change in the planning we left earlier. Because the booking was already made the owner couldn’t give a discount but would have when possible (he offered without asking). this said, he offered us a nice take a way meal for the road! the stay was comfortable but not on walking distance from the ‘bigger’ city of Nuware Elyia, but there is a small village at the doorstep. we rented a scooter to move around. there are enough tuktuks or taxi available also. overall great stay with again, the most friendly and hospitable people.
