Property is just as described and the amenities are top notch. Such a treat to be able to come back after hitting the slopes and relax in the condo, which feels like HOME. Would totally stay here again and and the views are gorgeous.

We loved our stay. The accommodations were elegant and comfortable! Everything was provided. The Edgemont was equally wonderful. Easy ski in-ski off, great pool and jacuzzi and parking. We look forward to returning.

Clean, easily accessible from slopes, great stay

This condo is in a great location with incredible amenities. The heated locker room was uber convenient. The condo is well stocked and well maintained. The management company (Kathy) was very helpful and prompt to return our calls. I would definitely recommend this condo for your trip to Steamboat!

Only negative feedback is the we wish we would have been told the fire pit does not work. That was a bummer but overall, the condo was a 5*

We loved our first stay in Steamboat. This condo is beautiful and very well appointed. Great ski in and ski out. We used the Edgemont /Bearclaw shuttle all week and they were fantastic! Never waited more than 20 minutes and often much shorter. I highly recommend this condo!

We've stayed in a lot of vacation homes and this was definitely one of, if not, the best. The apartment is perfectly located and was in spotless condition. The apartment is finished to a high standard, with an amazing kitchen and wonderful bathrooms. Our kids loved sleeping in the bunk beds and our master bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything, from kitchen utensils to bedding, is of excellent quality. The owner was very helpful when HomeAway forgot to send us check-in details and was responsive to calls and emails. The only downside was that the pool/hot tub at Edgemont was undergoing cleaning for almost the whole time we were staying there, so we didn't get to use it as much as we would like. However, since there is not much anyone can do about that, we would not downgrade our review as a result. Without question, we would stay in the apartment again if visiting Steamboat.

We loved the property. Great ski in/out! Great views of Yampa Valley. Phil Brooks and his team were very responsive to emails and requests. The condo was cozy with nice accommodations and high quality finishes/accessories. Good WiFi. The only bad thing was the Edgemont workout room. It was like a closet. Hope to go back soon. Thanks to the Brooks family for sharing their property.

Fabulous place. Truly ski in and out unlike any other. You ski right down to ski school in 30 sec. kitchen allowed for all cooking- totally stocked. We had 2 Families of 4 and it was perfect. Kids all shared a room. Hot tub: heated pool and fire pit with s’mores was awesome and the ski lockers with heated dryers topped off all the details. Would definitely stay again and appreciated working with owner. He was responsive to all requests.

This was the first time we took our family skiing in Colorado. I couldn't have picked a better spot if I spend the better part of a year searching. This place has it all and the level of comfort you feel when entering the condo is worth every penny. Location and amenities were amazing. We'll be back very soon!!!

The condo was fantastic and the location was incredible. The heated ski locker room right on the trail made for a very effortless morning, lunch and final run every day. Being able to ski in for lunch and relax in your luxury condo and afterwards ski down to the gondola to start the second half of the day was so great. You could go right from the ski lockers over to the amazing hot tub and pool. And for those who have a car the heated garage was a huge bonus. The staff was fantastic. When a bulb burnt out they were up in no time to fix it. Another bonus was the free shuttle service offered by the condo. You could call them at any time and get a ride not only around the mountain area but into town for eating or shopping. I would absolutely stay in this condo again!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your condo. The kitchen was pristine, the view was spectacular... It's everything one would want in an upscale property.

A HUGE thanks to John Getchel for letting my friend and I stay at his just absolutely amazing condo. I had no idea what to expect upon arrival, but when I got there, I was blown away. Every last detail of the condo was incredible, and made you feel like you were at home. The heated salt water hot tub was the perfect temperature, the heated garage made life in the cold weather easier, and the ski lockers were so convenient. The best part, of course, was getting your gear on and skiing right down the hill to the chairlift/gondola/Ski Times Square. Wonderful stay, wonderful staff, wonderful place... It was a vacation to remember :)

Awesome place!

Edgemont is a true ski-in, ski-out resort nestled right on the edge of the mountain, giving you easy access to the Gondola and Christie lift. All the services are excellent -- very attentive staff -- and amenities are 5-star. The apartment is very will appointed. The other reviews about the beds are true. The unit is great for large families. We cooked the entire time and never left. Will definitely be back!

This condo was absolutely perfect! This was our first trip to Steamboat and to the Edgemont and this unit was great for two families (8 people). The bathrooms were beautiful and large (you should really include photos of these on the VRBO listing) and the kids room comfortably slept 4. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were great! This is a home away from home. The owners are very responsive and helpful and gave us great insider scoop! Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to all I know visiting Steamboat!

This is my 5th time to Edgemont... I have stayed in many units at Edgemont, but this unit was the best for two families. The bathrooms were sizeable and the kids room layout comfortably slept 4 teenagers. This is a very well equipped unit in the kitchen. The bedding / mattresses were INCREDIBLY comfortable. I want to go back now! I will be hard pressed to stay in any other unit in Edgemont going forward. I have found nirvana. This is a home away from home. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We even got lucky with a foot of snow so no complaints at all!!

I doubt that there is a better place to stay in Steamboat. This place has it all: gorgeous views, ski-in, ski-out, close proximity to everything, hot chocolate and s'mores (a huge hit with our kids) and the condo itself couldn't be nicer. Our family of 6 was perfectly comfortable. We wouldn't have changed a thing. We will be back. Thanks so much!

We loved this condo. Great and easy location. Great ski locker. Condo decorated beautifully. Kitchen fully equipped. Staff super helpful. I give it a 10. We were there during ski season. They had hot chocolate and smores for the kids in the afternoon at the outdoor fire pit. We invited my sister's family over one night and comfortably had dinner for 8 at the condo (ordered in). The shuttle was super fast. We were there just before Christmas and never waited for the shuttle, which took us to 2 dinner's in town and to Christies for the kids ski rentals. TVs were flat screen with cable but no DVD player FYI--so we watched movies on laptops.
