Room ,bed side tables dirty sticky stuff family room with only on cup for 4,no soap for shower beds uncomfortable bunk bed not even screwed together rattle all night ,power outlet broken no tv till change power point. Management on first contact was rude not helpful ,I ask re BREAKFAST his redponds was they are too dear to get breakfast at motel , POOL was filthy day on by second day could not swim in it People walking around looked and acted like drug's where being sold on premises to people not stayING at motel but mostly there was people solicitating ,,,,( lady of the night)from room 4,/5 , on sunday monday ,we stay out of premises till end off day becauce we had 2 children who we had to not let play it was horrible. I am going to report motel going on to police

The room was spacious and great value for money. The staff member was friendly with good information about the local area. The location was excellent, just across the road from a large Club similar to an RSL. The pool was refreshing and the area was tidy.

There was no shampoo/conditioner and only a small amount of body wash

Only 1 cup, new battery required in smoke alarm so smoke alarm beeped all night,carpet stained & dirty looking, no bath mat or hand towel

There was no WiFi in our room even though there was WiFi. There was no kettle ,I had to ask twice and when I did finally get one it was dirty, I am sure it was there own kettle from there kitchen. No hair dryer no toiletries. I ordered two continental breakfasts I am still waiting for them. I was told I would have them in twenty minutes. $195 a night I would expect a few essentials.

The place needs to be knocked down We just needed a bed for a quick over night trip but this was was awful. Not an appropriate place for families or the Elderly. Obviously used by the local homeless charities for housing. We had to put blankets on the floors to be able to walk on them The room smelt like BO and smokes cover with cheap air freshener. We didn't bother showering because the shower was so disgusting. The soap dispenser hadn't been topped up in so long that there was mould growing on top of soap dreads. The towels had rips in them. The blanket had what resembled ash stains on it, there was white stuff stuck through the carpets, cigarette burns through the carpet. We pulled the sheet off and there was a grotty electric blanket with all sorts of questionable stains. Its noisey and the local residents let their children run loose on scooters outside the rooms until 10pm. Avoid this place at all costs. We have felt itchy all day since leaving
