Absolutely delightful B&B with extremely friendly and welcoming hosts, who make one feel at home. Will recommend this place to family, friends and colleagues. It was a fantastic stay and the room was beautiful, private, spacious, clean and tidy, with everything one needs to feel comfortable - big comfortable bed, spacious, modern bathroom, tv, fridge, WIFI. There was a large choice of tea's and coffee's and a possibility to use a kitchen and washing machine. WIFI was running perfectly. The area is quiet and safe, right by Acocks Green train station, 25 min to the airport by bus. Shops just around the corner. Really appreciated the possibility of the later check-out time and help in arriving at the airport. Will definetely come back whenever in Birmingham.

Everything was perfect, room was just wonderful, clean, spacious, warm with big, new bathroom, very comfortable bed, tv. Everything what is needed for a comfortable stay was in the room (even a fridge). WIFI was working great. Location was very convenient - 25 min from Airport by bus, 10 min from the City Center by train. Train station and bus stop just around the corner There was a possibility to use the kitchen and washing machine. Hosts are just wonderful, warm, welcoming and so helpful people that you feal like a family member. This was just a wonderful experience, will definitely come back. 10/10 is just not enough, should be 15/10.

Our stay at Elmdon Lodge was just wonderful! The owners Catherine and Terry welcomed us like we were old friends and made us feel at home straight away. The room was secure, comfy, warm, clean and private. We booked it 2 days before departure and were amazed to get something such good value. It was outside the centre but that was fine for us and it was a nice quiet area. The parking was secure. We didn't have breakfast as we were saving our appetite for a curry in the Balti triangle but Catherine insisted on giving our son something to take away. It was a genuine pleasure to stay there and if we go back to Birmingham I'd definitely book again!

We liked the friendliness of the property management and how attentive they are to their guests. The room was comfy and clean with a nice view of the rear garden.

Everything was above and beyond our expectations.

Katherine is a great host, I had such a kind welcome, she was very caring. The breakfast is good, you can have everything you like. The room I was in was very small but totally alright for just one night, also clean and quiet and equipped with coffee/tea accessories.

Very well appointed building in the nice suburb of Solihull. Free secure parking behind the hotel, protected by the gate. Very friendly owners, who were doing an amazing job to accommodate us. The rooms were spacious, beds very comfortable, and having a proper sized French press for coffee in the room definitely exceeded my expectations! (I carry a portable one with me when travelling). Due to our scheduling we did not have breakfast, but the owners kindly offered us some croissants to take away which was very kind. Delightful place, will definitely stay again!

The breakfast was delicious all cooked fresh and from local suppliers and service was amazing we felt both at comfortable and at home while also feeling spoiled. The room was clean, spacious and came with a large choice of tea's and coffee's.

We genuinely can not think of anything that could be better I believe they had both accessible rooms for those that might struggle with the stairs, which there was a few.

Terry and Katherine are wonderful hosts. The room was very nice, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom including a large shower was clean and tidy. Breakfast was awesome, everything on offer. I stayed for a week and i enjoy it very much. I will definitely stay again.
