The log is gorgeous! I have stayed for 2 nights. We wound definitely love to stay at the place again! The breakfast is super yummy and got great variety!! And the food in breakfast would change each day and you will never get bored of it! The hosts are super nice, warm with big smile everyday! And they are super helpful and kind! They have given me a hiking pole when they found out that my ankle got hurt and cannot walk properly ! How lucky I am for meeting such nice hosts and staying in such a beautiful place! Will definitely come back again if I visit Furano!!

Nice cottage with free parking & surround with trees, gives a natural view. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable. Host are friendly, breakfast is yummy especially bun - soft and chewy. Will stay again in future.

The only little issue was wifi. It is weak.

The cottage will make you feel like a nice getaway with whomever you go with. It’s nicely situated near the lavender and flower fields with a scenic mountain background. We went there a bit early for both the spring flowers and lavender, but still enjoyed the calm atmosphere. At night, there are barely any street lights around (go home early if you travel by foot) but it helps you to have a clear view of the stars. The owners / operators are very friendly, they even offered to drop us off at the train station since the taxis were sparse during the Golden Week. The Western influenced breakfast was tasty and abundant. Highly recommend this place if you are planning to visit Furano. Be sure to check the flowers’ peak blooming time if that’s your goal (Farm Tomita listed them on their website - even have a live webcam for one area).

It’s a bit further, up the hill walk from the train station than what we expected. Recommend getting a taxi from the station if you are traveling by foot.

Washroom a little small The bedroom is in a loft accessed by a ladder/steep staircase, which might be tricky for older people/those with mobility issues

Kind hosts. Well-built cottages located in a lush greenery area. The heating system that is well-equipped for winter comfort (unfortunately we were there in summer).

Steep stairs to bedroom on second floor. The cottage we stayed is not suitable for people aged over 60 who have frequent urinating problems at night. My husband and I ended up sleeping on the floor downstairs. The nearest place to dine is 9 km away.
