Nice big place in nice neighborhood. No issues with the property but the kitchen is due for a real cleaning. All cabinets and surfaces were dirty and sticky. We washed all utensils and dishes before use.

We had a great time at the house. We had family in to celebrate a graduation. We were able to bbq, play games and enjoy the amazing views. The house was equipped with everything anyone would need. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here as two families with teens and toddlers. Great place for this sort of things - huge with lots of sleeping space, beautiful view of the bay, and the kitchen and garage were stocked with everything you need for cooking and hanging out together.

Ian and Mitchell were kind and helpful. Plenty of room for a family of 8 (adults). The view is perfect.

We loved our stay at the beach house. It had a spectacular view of the ocean and Morro Rock. There was plenty of room for all of us. The home was comfortable and we enjoyed seeing family pictures on the wall. The neighborhood was quiet and well cared for. The bathrooms need a little updating but overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The best features of this house include the breathtaking views of the ocean, the sunsets, and the two master bedrooms. The main master bedroom feels more like a studio apartment,because it’s so big. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, and there are two washer/dryers in the garage. My friends and I were all very impressed with the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location very nice neighborhood a block away from the park. Couple blocks away from the beach. The house was big enough for three families. Grandkids had a great time with all the Games.

We had a wonderful stay. College roommates together for a reunion! The house was large, well equipped, and so quiet! The views were beautiful too!

Great house for large families. Good location and beautiful views. Management easy to work with and accommodating. Pictures could be updated to reflect furnishing and amenities change. No bunk-bed for the kids or fire pit for s’mores (slight disappointment). A few things could use a little TLC. Over all we had a great time and will definitely stay there again.

The view of Morro Rock is amazing. Seeing and hearing the waves break on the shore was fantastic. Clean and spacious.
They could add a few blanket. We only found extra comforters.

The patio deck was a favorite hang out with the beautiful view of Morro Rock and ocean. The kitchen cleanliness was a negative. The drawers were dirty and sticky, and many pots and pans had flaky nonstick material. The kitchen towels need changing. The big TV was great for whole family viewing.

The deck with 180 degree view of the ocean, including the famous Morro Rock, was a great gathering spot for family and friends.
The kitchen is large and well equipped for meals. The 4 bedrooms (5 beds) had comfortable mattresses. And, the three bathrooms accommodated all without shower “conflicts.”
It was a great stay and looking forward to going back.

Attended Morro Bay Ironman and it was about 2 miles from the start. We enjoyed our stay and more than enough room for our party. The place is spacious and clean. We would probably stay there again in the future.

Great view of the ocean with a large deck and nice yard. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Could be cleaned better but owner has been informed and I'm sure he will work on that.

This property had a great location overlooking Morro Rock. The house was spacious, larger than we anticipated. The kitchen was large and well stocked with everything we needed. Everything was updated and well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Nice property with excellent views of the ocean. Neighborhood was "groovy" and fun to walk around, walking distance to a grocery store. Great central location to SLO and San Simeon.

This property exceeded our expectations. Big, comfortable, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, but kitchen, living room great for kids and adults. Upper deck offered good views and comfortable eating space. Laundry facilities provided. We also appreciated the lack of clutter that some vacation rentals have. All in all, a very excellent rental experience.

Everything at this home was wonderful. Felt so at home here. Plenty of supplies for a large family. The house is very nice! Loved the balcony off the kitchen. The beach is just about a 10 minute walk. Just wonderful. I would stay there again for sure!

We enjoyed the long weekend in Morro Bay! The deck was the highlight and the whole family enjoyed the house with two levels and privacy upstairs to downstairs with backyard entrance through the lower level. It was tastefully decorated anf clean. The views were so awesome !!!

This is the second time we've stayed here. The layout of the house is very great for two families: two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs, plenty of sleeping accommodations.
We were a little disappointed that the fire pit and horse shoe pit were no longer there this time (the description needs to be changed to reflect that), but it was still a great time.

We had a group of 6 of us stay over the weekend for my friend’s bachelorette weekend. It was so perfect for relaxation and the view was great. It felt like a home and not a rental property in the best way. There was plenty of space for all of us and the kitchen is incredibly well-stocked, although some tea options would be appreciated! We loved cooking in the kitchen and enjoyed naps in the sun on the balcony in between activities.

This house worked really well for the 2 couple as and two friends in our group. Great living room for playing games, awesome view from the deck and deck table worked great for eating lunches and dinners. Beds were all comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was also great for our group. The living and dinning room all have newer flooring and layout for lower master (with multiple beds) is a bit different, which did not affect our stay at all. The only thing we thought was the listing should be updated with newer pictures and update some of the descriptions as there currently is no horseshoe pit nor fire pit.
We would stay again for sure. Thanks.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all the utensils and spices. There are two bedrooms upstairs with kitchen and living area. The other two bedrooms are downstairs.
The checkin and checkout was easy and smooth. Ian was responsive.
Small difference then what is in the picture - downstairs bedroom doesn’t have a bunk bed. Instead there is a queen, king and futon. Still a lot of sleeping options.

This house has everything you need for a comfortable visit: a well-stocked kitchen; plush towels; quiet neighborhood; very clean and organized. While we were just two, it would be ideal for a larger family gathering, as there is plentiful space downstairs, with a large room that would be great for the kids.
