Ruime, schone en mooie kamer

Het was behoorlijk warm op de kamer en niet mogelijk de temp aan te passen.

Hotel in ottima posizione, stanza confortevole e ben arredata.

Bagno con lavandino un po’ piccolo ma nulla di troppo disagevole.

Location was perfect, the staff were very helpful, and my room was very clean!

I have no complaints.

All the staff were really friendly and professional. I emailed a couple of times before our visit; they replied promptly and were able to accommodate my requests. Our room was spacious (business room) and everything worked properly (the standard of cleanliness was very high). The designer touches and Rituals toiletries made it feel very special. The foyer area is lovely and calm and the receptionist looked after us well while we waited for our return to the airport. Its location was perfect for us - an easy metro ride and short walk to/from the airport - plus we could walk to all the attractions that we wanted to visit. Hart and Buka bakeries are a must and these are within easy walking distance.

I rate this hotel and all the staff very highly, however, we didn't know in advance about the scheduled building work, some of which may even have been in the property next door. I was woken at 7.30am by a hammer drill in the adjacent room, which was a bit of a shock! There was a notice in the lift about it but work was supposed to be between 8 & 4. This was only on our last day (I don't think weekends are affected) so not too much disruption for us and it certainly did not affect our overall excellent impression of the hotel.

Konum güzel merkeze ve turistik yerlere çok yakın nezih bir semtte, kanalın ve parkların çok yakınında. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli değil ama lezzetli ürünler var. (Oteli kahvaltı dahil almanız iyi olur dışarda 2 kruvasan 2 kahve 30-35€)

Odalar mükemmel şekilde temiz değil, tozlar var. Yataklar yaylı değil şilte şeklinde.

Lovely room with plenty of open spaces to put our things. Large comfortable bed with divine pillows. Clean, organized. Excellent coffee and breakfast.

Double comforters, No top sheet. Makes it difficult to snuggle when you’re trying to keep track of your separate comforter. Odd choice of art for the lobby in a family hotel ( see photo).
