The hotel management was not professional enough, it did not teach the crew what must be done and how, not sharply enough. seems like they don't service all the way. The food was overpriced and not really tasety - none of it. The sea is not close enough, the hotel resides on a really steep hill. We were in a room that felt neglected, the t.v wasn't working well, some lights were missing. Than we asked to move, we were moved the a bigger room, however the view was not as good. We wanted to go back to the older room but the day after it was already fully booked.

The Driver Nico was extremely helpful and very friendly. Everyone at the reception friendly and gave us the best food recommendations. Highly recommend the hotel.

Not as close to the center, but beautiful and large rooms.

All the staff we met at the Rocabella Mykonos Hotel were extremely friendly and made us very welcome. The pool was clean with plenty of sunbeds and towels.

There were several issues with our room such as grubby walls, peeling paint, faulty shower fittings and an electrical problem with the bed side light switch which 'blew up' at 03:00 in a shower of sparks. We were very surprised at the cost of both food and water at the restaurant. €50 for a small chicken, €29 for four slices of bread, one croissant and three small bowls of jam unrealistic. €35 for a hamburger and fries (well it is room service), enough said. This hotel is not 5 star, at best it is 3. In addition, at times it seemed there were more 'Social Media Influencers' at the hotel than guests. Single and pairs of girls were taking pictures of everything and from every angle, not something a typical guest would do. Probably explains why there are so many glowing reviews form single girls on booking.com and other sites. I'll leave it to you to draw your own conclusions. Finally the hotel should consider offering free transfers between the hotel and Mykonos Town like another nearby hotel does. €25 for a single and €50 for a return journey for a 10 min ride is just robbery.

Everything was better than expected. The view was beautiful, the room was clean with all the amenities, and the staff was superb. Oh, and lets not forget the wonderful daily breakfasts! Hats off to hiring the best staff!

Broken mini plunge pool, draft and gap in the room door (window - same problem), Acoustic comfort (drunk and noisy neighbours returning from a party at night continuing into the morning hours in the room, constant wringing of the washing machine across the hall.

the price off the shuttle we’re disgusting! we were out as family and tried to charge us €36 euro per room even thou we fitted in the same room… which ment it was gonna cost us €236 return to go to the beach… where as it cost us €80 return with taxi!! the price of drinks was steap but so was whole town so this wasn’t massive problem

My room is very nice . 112. Love the size and view of my balcony. The view from the hotel pool is very nice and open except the electric cables but it does not bother me. I find the pool has too much chlorine in it and I cant really see the bottom nor the wall. Not so handy for swimmimg laps. But for a dive in and cooling down, its a great pool. Its spacious for Mykonos standard. The room cleaning is soso. Abit sloppy and my coffee capsules were not refill. I dont know if its the way it is or ..... because from my past experience of other hotels, the coffee capsules were refill every day. I liked the design of the hotel. Its hip, trendy and comfortable. The hot tub is more a warm tub than hot but its fantastic to watch sunset in and watch the moon. Just that people from the street can see me getting in and out. I can see the other guests in their hot tub at the level below so pribacy wise is abit lese. Walking distance to a nice small beach. Agios Stefanos. It has a nice, cozy restaurant. Food is good enough but not super. I am happy with the service at the bar... i dont know his name but he works hard and he is friendly. The hotel driver, Nico( if i remember it right) is also very friendly and doing his job well. And the lady working at the reception at night is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is out of the busy area and thats why I pick it. Taxi is about 15 euros to the old port. Hotel shuttle is 20 euros . You can also walk to the bus stop at stefanos beach. Its 1,5 euro to the old port. The sea water is crystal blue. Beware of jelly fish somedays. Nice humble, lay back beach. Sunbeds cost 10 euros per bed per day. It costs 25 euros per bed per day in other beaches. If you like abit layback vibes and environment. Rocabella is an good option.

Breakfast serving was abit sloppy from thecwaitress, room cleaning was abit sloop. I was abit dissapointed with the food .

Main Pool was very cold, jacuzzi in the room was dirty and filter hadn’t been cleaned for months. Went down to the Reception desk and the staff were quick to send a maintenance person to clean it

The rooms and hotel itself don’t look like the pictures. In real time it’s way smaller and for the price absolutely crazy. They say the breakfast is award winning - not at all.

The jests of the hot tub cannot be used, so it is literally a large bath tab. Not worth the premium price charged

The hotel doesn’t look like 5 stars. Fits kore like good 3+ stars. Very very small and simple rooms, breakfast is super simple as well. Was pretty disappointed with what I get for Money that I paid.
