Beautiful interior, rooms and spa. 25 minutes walking distance to the most attractive points of Milan. Breakfast is nice, but it could have been a bit more diverse, especially when you stay longer than 2 days, and the menu gets boring. Some extra not-sweet food to take from the bar would be appreciated.

Stuff is sometimes too clumsy. Dropping cutlery can happen to anyone, but when it happens 10 times during breakfast for four consecutive days, it becomes recognizable... Don't be in such a rush :) We arrived at 15:30, which was half an hour later than the check-in time of 14:00 that we had indicated earlier. We had specified that we would arrive between 14:00-15:00, but unfortunately, our room was not ready upon arrival. We had to wait in the lobby for around 30 minutes and were initially told to wait just a few minutes. It would have been better to say the room isn't ready, so we could take a walk and not wait for 30 minutes. As a kind gesture, offering a cup of coffee could be considered to make a long waiting time more bearable.

They charge guests to use the spa. I’ve never stayed in a spa hotel and had to pay on top to use it.

Very long check in and getting our cars parked was a very long and unnecessary process. The breakfast was not great and expensive and almost impossible to get a coffee that was warm.

Felt like a safe part of Milan. The Hotel has everything you could want and need. Restaurant, gym, spa and a friendly staff! Would definitely recommend!

Hotel was great, no complaints! Just a heads up- depending on your plans in Milan. The Hotel was a solid 20-25min walk to get to the Duomo / Napoleone shopping center. There was a train that you would take to get into the heart of the city quicker.

Great location and bedrooms are good. This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here and the quality of hotel facilities/services did not change.

Drainage of the bathroom shower was not good and the bathroom floor got wet many times.

The location was pretty good. Entrance to the hotel was nice. Check in and check out fairly easy. Based on previous comments they seem to have acquired a new iron. Bathroom was a nice size with a good shower.

The bedrooms are tiny, the walls were paper thin and were woken up every night because of noises from other guests. Beds and pillows were very hard and extremely uncomfortable. We had to turn off the mini bar due to the noise it made. Some of the staff were quite rude. One day I asked for an iron and it just never turned up. There were other guests hairs on both of the bath robes. This hotel is absolutely not a 4 star hotel and I have no idea why there are so many reviews saying how great it is!
