The breakfast was fantastic, including the dessert and fruits that were made available without limit to choice of the customer. The porridge's size was the right quantity and it was delicious in addition with the honey.

It was a hot day throughout and there was no bottled water nor fridge in the room. Being on the 3rd floor without a lift, It was not easy to go downstairs and then take the stairs back up especially when was already late at night.

The location was great and quiet. The on road parking was close to the hotel and the staff sorted out the parking permit for us. The shower was great and the beds comfy and clean.

We had to wait on the doorstep for ages. The cleaner let us in then we had to wait at reception for a while before the receptionist arrived. The receptionist wasn’t particularly welcoming but friendly enough. We could only get BBC1 on the tv but we didn’t get chance to mention it as we left early so it may just have been a glitch.

Very welcoming staff, and was on hand to help. Arrange and chased up the mini cab, that was running late.

The room itself was nice, the bathroom was nice and location was nice. An okay place to go to if you want somewhere to just put your stuff down

They forgot to mention that you can't use the bath, toilet, sink and shower at the same time as there is a small pipe. When we did, the sewage overflowed into the bathroom and they didn't want to come and clean up because they "don't have 24/7 reception". So we had to clean up hotel sewage ourselves even though we were guests there.
