Our group of 12 had a fantastic stay. The property was amazing and there was plenty of room for all of us. So many bedrooms, amazing pool and hot tub. Our whole group agrees we would return again in a second.

This gathering of family and friends, to celebrate was PERFECT!! Great way for us to bring our kids and grandkids together to celebrate and stay for three nights. Our friends and other family members that live close visited, were thoroughly impressed with such a beautiful home. We thank Greg our host for all of his assistance and kindness, and helping our family time and celebration happen. Everyone had a wonderful time and we really had some great memories made there. Amarula is THE place to be if you want an unforgettable vacation. Sure made our anniversary memorable. It's a spacious, clean, beautiful haven of happiness. Sure felt like a private resort. With high kitchen countertops and showerheads, the tall folks might feel like giants while we shorties go on ladder quests, but that's just part of the fun! Greg was super friendly and helpful. Thank you for the fabulous stay!

We celebrated our 55th anniversary with a total 18 living in the home. It’s a great home to be all together but still big enough to have privacy! The kids loved being able to fish and plenty of fun in the pool!

There are not enough great things to say about this property and our experience Greg was amazing at checking No problems even got to meet the owner! So much space and you sure didn’t feel like you were close to everything but you were Felt like a private resort!! We will return Thank you for an amazing stay

I would go on and on about how welcoming we were and how extraordinary this property is. It was such a great experience and to be able to make memories with family, friends and all the kids for spring break; words do not describe it. Our group consisted of 13 adults and 8 kids (ages 2-13). There was plenty of space, and each family had their own room and beds. The house had great charm and a relaxing feeling while outside was amazing. We spent most of our time outside at the pool and the river. We couldn’t keep the kids out of the pool, they swam from the time we arrived to the night that we had to leave. You feel so secluded when you’re at the house but only 3 lights away there is a Walmart and not too far away is Daytona (with a lot of people we had to make a lot of grocery trips). Mr. Greg was fantastic! He made sure that our needs were met which he went above and beyond. I could go on and on about this place and how welcome we were. It is such a great vacation spot with multiple couples/families. We are hoping to plan another vacation in this home.

This property has it all! So much to do. Beautiful home and scenic surroundings. Manager is very helpful and accommodating. We will return

Last year I invited all of my family and a few of our closest friends to a big family reunion style vacation. We had the most incredible time. The house fit all of us very comfortably. It was absolutely beautiful. Between the pool, the dock on the river, the house, the hot tub and sauna there was so much to do! During our trip we spent a day at DisneyWorld and several afternoons at the beach only about 15 minutes away. But every single one of us agreed that we could have spent the entire time at Amarula and had just as much fun. The hosts are such friendly welcoming people. They were quick to respond to any of our questions leading up to and during our trip. To this day, my family still tells me that this was the best vacation they have ever had- and I have Amarula Estate and our hosts to thank! I can't recommend staying here enough <3

This place was amazing. I booked Amarula Estate and Zebra Lodge for my birthday and everyone enjoyed the property. The properties were well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Greg was responsive and provided extra essentials as they were needed.

Everything from start to finish was stellar. The house has everything you need and more. We have never seen such a well stocked house. We cooked every night in the massive kitchen but there were plenty of nearby places to shop and eat. Buc-ees is close by.The pool is awesome. Pictures don't do this house justice. Communication was excellent as well. So many amenities to enjoy. We all had a wonderful and relaxing week. Can't wait to go back!

The property is more beautiful in person than described on the app. The property manager met me upon checking in and went over all the details of the property and provided all the codes I needed. He’s very professional and friendly I rented this property for my bridesmaids and I so we could get ready before my wedding. This was an amazing experience that added beautiful pictures to my wedding book. I will definitely book again for future family events.

The house was perfect for a quick getaway and family reunion. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Everyone had a wonderful time!

This property is beautiful and met all of our expectations. We have friends and family joins us for a small event. Everyone that we had with us loved the place. The only things I would mention is the property manager stayed on the same property in a small cottage in front of the house. We didn’t know that when we booked the property. It wasn’t an issue for us but should be known. The outside bar is really nice but the AC struggles to keep up with the heat put off by the spa that is in the bar. We Had to keep the door open to keep the space cool and to let out some of the chlorine fumes. Both of theses are small issues that I list and don’t want them to out weight how great our stay was, we loved it.

It was a perfect spot for our over 55 family reunion. It was equipped with everything you could need. Ian was great , thank you dr cox for building such a Magnificent home

We had 7 people in our group to exhibit at a trade show at the Convention Center at Daytona Beach. This home was about 20 min from the show. I chose it because it allowed privacy and ample space for the team to unwind and recharge. The home is as shown. It is lovely, beds are comfortable, and kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. The grounds are expansive, we saw a wild turkey. There is extensive outdoor entertainment space, a pool and seating as well as a indoor clubhouse that has big screen TV, sauna and whirlpool. Also a pool table in the main house which we enjoyed. Ian, the property manager was very attentive, and was available to answer questions or provide assistance if we needed him. I would highly recommend this home for weddings, family reunions, girls or guys getaways, the Daytona 500, anniversary if you want to have fun with a large group this is a perfect spot. Also, if this isn’t enough space they also have 3 other extremely nice properties on their 11 acres and within easy walking distance to the main house. We will be back!!!!!’ HAVE FUN!!!!

We really enjoyed Amarula estates. It had all we needed and more to spend quality time with family and friends. Ian was there to resolve any issues and to remind us to turn things off. The only thing that was listed that we didn't find or ask about was make up wipes that were listed on brochure but we made due with some we brought so we didn't use wash rags. Other than that it was amazing and we seen deer out the windows many times. It was so close to beach and everything great Mexican food walking distance. If we have another large family event we will come back for sure

Amazing property with superb amenities. Ian (the manager) is easy to work with and strives to provide the best service. We enjoyed the various places we could relax and enjoy our time in FL.

This beautiful house and surrounding grounds was WAY better than what we were expecting!! Ian was extremely nice and helpful. The entire booking, check-in, departure process was very efficient and easy. Our party of 16 (8 adults and 8 children) was comfortable with plenty of room. The house was well stocked with necessities such as shampoo, soaps, hair dryers, paper products, kitchenware, etc....not once did we have to ask for anything. We enjoyed our meals and family time on the magnificent patio. During our nine night stay we rarely left the house...this is truly a destination property! But for us - the ultimate experience was the dock. We kayaked, fished, and just sat on the dock to experience the peace and solitude of the river...life is good!! Thank you again for sharing your amazing house with us and providing the perfect place for our 50th anniversary celebration - we’ll be back!

One of the best vacations ever! The pictures posted do not do the house and property justice. Absolutely breathtaking house and amenities. Our host Ian was fantastic. A great stay had by all. The amenities are wonderful!

Great place to meet for large groups. House has a unique charm and is big enough where everyone can find their own space. The property manager was helpful and the amenities were as described.

Pros: 1. Incredibly spacious area both outside and inside. 2. Separate soundproofed wet bar and tub area. 3. Kitchen was super large and great for entertaining. 4. Master room and bath is huge 5. Ian (property manager) was very attentive and prompt to help if we needed him. Cons: 1. Pictures are a bit deceiving as there is another smaller house in front that’s being rented out to other guests. 2. The owner lives above the bar house and his cousin lives in a trailer behind the bar house (?) They kept to themselves but we found it a little odd. 3. The property manager lives on the property and showed up unannounced once. Lack of privacy. 4. The owner would not allow the Pontoon Boat to be rented out, despite the advertisement on the listing. There are several boat owners in our group and renting the pontoon was one of the reasons we booked the place. The reason given was that it was a “holiday weekend”. 5. We were not allowed to make much noise outside, even during the day. Had calls from the property manager every day regarding noise. 6. Slow WiFi, leaking refrigerator & freezer, broken stove grill & vacuum sweepers. —————— All in all we had a great time, but the Cons may cause us to look elsewhere next time.

This place was better than what the pictures captured. It was peaceful and quiet. Ian the property manager was there for our every need. Nice, nice gentleman. There was more than enough shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen had everything you need and more. Great location to Walmart, Publix plaza, It was a great stay!!

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The venue worked out perfectly for celebrating our mother’s 90th birthday. The house felt so private but was close to conveniences. There was so much space to explore and enjoy. Truly felt like we all went away to a resort. The outdoor space is where we spent so much time and even with that there are multiple choices of places to enjoy. Ian the property manager was absolutely a dream to work with. He is such a kind person and so accommodating with little requests that I felt like we met a new friend. I am working on finding a reason to come back again!

This estate is beautiful.l! Everything you need is there. We had a rehearsal dinner and did not need tables and chairs as they are all in place. If you are looking for the perfect venue this checks all the boxes. Our host was wonderful and was there to help. Thank you Ian.

The home and property is stunning, and the property manager Ian was incredibly kind, helpful and attentive. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately. We stayed as a family reunion, and used every room in the house and still felt like we had plenty of space and room for more. Hands down would absolutely stay here again if traveling thru Florida.
