The location is so excellent , in the center and near the main touristic Street and near the beach as well. and the breakfast was so good contains bacon and many desserts and the room so good with a sea view.

Delicious home made lemon jam , very good coffee, lots to choose from. Spoilt For choice.as much coffee as you like.

Very well located between the beach and the town center with an amazing view of the sea. The staff was very friendly and kept the place perfectly clean.

The air condition blows right over the bed and you need it at all times as it is very hot in San Remo. Breakfast is kind of poor and the rooms have old furniture and outdated facilities.

The room was nice, the breakfasts were very good and the location near the sea and the center of the city very convenient.

I had a problem with the parking. I thought that it was possible to have a reserved space. Actually, the daily tickets are not so expensive (10 euros for morning and afternoon) but it may be extremely difficult to find a parking space in the area!

The hotel is quite small but cute, I think it was using 3 floors out a 5 levels building. The staff was very friendly and supportive, we had a couple of requests which were immediately taken care off (including one at 4 o'clock in the morning). The breakfast was tasty, not too variate but sufficient to find something for everybody. Maybe it is worth mentioning the desert part, the options were quite tasty.

The parking is a nightmare without some additional information from the staff (the area has heavy traffic all the time and not enough space). I was quite frustrated when we arrived about the parking but the hotel personal explained what are the options and then I managed to find the parking.

We asked for a room with sea view and got a room with a big terrace and sunbeds. That was excellent. The straff is friendly and the hotel is close to the beach and restaurants.

The bed and pillow was a little bit to hard for one of us.

The hotel is located on the first line. The nearest beach is 2 minutes walk. Great view from the balcony to the sea and palm trees. I liked the breakfasts very much. But most of all I was impressed by WI FI, its speed is higher than that of the Italian train ITALO. I haven't really experienced any problems with the internet.

Great location, 2 min to the beach or the other side 2 min into the city. Breakfast was nice.

The room was a bit tiny - the bed not really cosy for me (with 1.96 m) - same with bathroom, toilet and shower - all a bit compressed and I had to left the door open. Maybe other room categories are a bit more spacious....

Not much. The hotel is old and tired, and wildly overpriced. It is impossible to sleep with open windows because of the mess in the street. An old fashioned rip-off

The hotel is three minutes walk from the beach. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The place is spotless.

Nothing really, considering the rice of the room. Only a real meany would want more for the price.

Breakfast was good, location just off Main Street and just opposite the beach.

Nothing to do with the hotel but wish the public sections of the beach were more spacious and not so dominated by private beaches
