The lack of tables on the terrace by the bar. Definitely, more people wanted to be outside in such nice weather, but few evenings we had to stay indoors. The sunbeds also need to be replaced.

The food was terrible , we had payed for all inclusive , and only had 1 lunch and 1 evening diner . The service of the restaurant staff was terrible took them 25min to get us a drink. very basic food choices and burning the food on the chefs grill sección and not bothering to offer another piece. When requesting a drink . Only one ice cube .. the drinks would be waisted as they would go warm very quickly.l. During breakfast a cook dropped a top of the bacon plate and instead of going to clean it or replace it with a clean one it was just put back on the food.

I had the best ever sea and sunset view from my room, room was perfect too.

The restaurant buffet was pretty boring so i wouldn't recommend an all inclusive

the mattress was too big for the base . the stairs to the restaurant was filthy the breakfast was of a very poor quality

Breakfast was good with lots of choices, location is very good.

Room very small, bed uncomfortable and no access to a safebox unless you pay 3 euro a day. Mini fridge also fully empty with not even complimentary water.

Nothing.The worst hotel that i have ever visited.Location is just one plus of this hotel but near are a lot of different hotels that cant be worse than that hotel

All. Very dirty and old room. No wet cleaning , always dirty balcony , no one normal clean it.Very old furniture.Broken and dirty glasses and plates in the restaurant. The constant lack of staff in connection with which it is necessary to wait until the food is brought to the buffet.Very old towels for pools and paid replacement.Very unqualified and rude reception staff who try to do all possible to spoil vacation. If you have visited Be Live hotels earlier please consider that this hotel has not usual level Be live hotels.Hope you will choose another place to rest
