Positives: 1) House was perfectly clean 2) Located in a nice neighborhood just a quick 5 minutes (if that) drive by car to Poipu Beach. 3) House manager responded by phone very quickly. And, was very happy to help with things we needed. Things to take note of: 1) If you are looking forward to swimming in the pool call ahead of your stay to make sure the pool is free of tree debris. We never called the host about this when we were there because we were out and about doing other activities. But, with the amount we paid for the rental I would have expected that to be clean. That said, I am sure if I would have called the host they would have taken care of it right away. 2) The house needs more kitchen towels, we cooked a lot and had nothing to dry the pots and pans after washing. We called the host and they had someone bring a couple over, but they need more. 4) Extra sheets and blankets was listed on the amenities list On VRBO, but their weren’t any at the house. We called and they brought them over right away. 5) The washer has a lot of rust on the top, but the barrel seems to be okay. It makes you nervous to wash your clothes though in case it stains your clothes. The dryer is in good condition though.

We went for Christmas holiday. Was a great house with nice amenities.. Did not use pool as the water was too cold but hot tub was a hit. Rooms were large and well appointed and kitchen had everything we needed.

Our group of six had a fabulous time at this property. It exceeded expectations, was close to the beach and amenities, and felt like home.

We stayed at a lovely 3-bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home on the golf course in Koloa for nine days and thoroughly enjoyed the property. We made full use of the pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, grill and fire pit during our stay. The location couldn't have been more convenient, with a short drive to beaches, restaurants and shopping in Koloa and Poipu. One thing that needed upgrading was the outdoor furniture, which was dated and only had one lounge chair. We used the large, smart TV in the living area and did laundry quite a few times, which was very convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the property manager made sure that the house was stocked with an initial supply of paper goods. The house came with enough beach chairs and umbrellas for our group of 6. The rooms were well-cooled with A/C and ceiling fans and the outdoor space was beautifully landscaped. Property management was very responsive to any issues we had. I would certainly rent this property in the future.

Location is perfect for a kauai family vacation because it is away from the weekday traffic in the Lihue and Kapaa areas. Shops like big save and longs drugs are right down the road. Do it right and go to Costco for your meats and frozen items. The home has plenty of spices flour and sugar and oil to cook with. The bedrooms were all very comfortable as they all have a/c and their own bathroom. The pool and jacuzzi is going to have debris in it from the garden and the winds, it’s inevitable. They do leave a skimmer out for that. The cookware, pots and pans are pretty worn out but they do get the job done. The home itself shows a little wear and tear as expected with a vacation rental but I personally appreciated that when arriving with my family. I didn’t have the anxiety about staying in a place that was too pristine. It’s well equipped for a family that wants to have fun, play board games, bbq and play in the pool.

Communication Started off rocky with property manager, but later improved I’ve stayed in this area before in an amazing home- this one was @ the same $$ but no where near as nice Pros- good a/c, functional kitchen, nice bath products , comfy beds Cons- outdoor area needs lots of attention Only one chaise lounge, no cushions on hard metal chairs around fire pit , cracked tiles, debris all over the pool and yard, broken blow up pool toys stuffed in a corner, for the price of this home I expected much more

Enjoyed it all! Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. The porch built to view the golf course was perfect for morning coffee/afternoon cocktails. Location was perfect; walked to beaches, coffee, restaurants. Everything we needed was there and the managers helped with minor issues. Great communication, really easy all around. Loved it and highly recommend!

Everything is first class at this house. Located on the first green of a golf course with great views and very peaceful. Nice pool and hot tub and all the amenities you need. Would rent again and again, lol.

This beautiful property met our needs to support 3 Adult couples (1 infant) with 3 King Bedrooms with full on-suites for seven days. There was ample room for all of us to be comfortable; multiple areas to sit and relax or dine, nice large screen TV. Upgraded Appliances (Beautiful Stove, Large Refrigerator, Full Washer/Dryer; laundry room.), nice Cookware, Dishes, Glasses, Coffee Mugs, other Amenities (Coffee Grinder/Maker, Toaster, Vacuum) all were clean, nice and very convenient. (Property Manager picked us up an electric Tea Kettle, which we used everyday.) We worked through a defrost issue with the icemaker. We really enjoyed the large outdoor dining area for breakfast and evening dinners. Nice outdoor LP gas grill for Steaks and Burgers. Hot Tub was nice, Pool was nice, with outside enclosed shower. Great views of sunrises from pool deck and upper lanai deck. Only a few minor issues that we dealt with. No window coverings in any of the bathrooms made us get creative to utilize the showers / facilities, something we shouldn't have had to worry about, minor inconvenience. (The downstairs suite toiliet needs some work, smells.) You must note that in Hawaii you typically don't have AC, when it's hot and humid, fans are a necessity. Property Manager picked us up a couple more oscllating fans. Very convenient location to golf course, shopping and restaurants, beaches, scuba and sightseeing. Overall we would definitely recommend this property, had a great visit to Kauai.

Our experience in this house was amazing. We were in Hawaii for a very difficult experience, spreading the ashes of our 16 yr old son. It was important to me to have a comfortable house with enough space for my husband, our younger son, my parents and my mother in law. We were all able to have plenty of privacy and space here along with the comfort of a beautiful space. The property manager was pleasant to work with also. We’d definitely book here again.

Roomy home, decent cross breeze. Lots of amenities. Contact with the property manager was great. He was easy to talk to and super helpful. Our only issue is the neighborhood...mainly the neighbors. We are frequent home renters on the south side of Kauai. We have family there and they visit us. We had a noise complaint before the noise cut off time of 10:00 pm. Pretty unwelcoming neighbors...not one said hi throughout the 11 days we were there. Other than that, great house and property management.

The cottage is absolutely beautiful :) A dream place in a dream location. The area is clean and quiet, the cottage itself is very very beautiful and cozy. Fireplace, pool, jacuzzi, beautiful rooms - everything you could only dream about. The check in/check out were smooth. We got a nice welcome gift upon arrival. The beach is very close (5 min drive). The whole experience was very very nice and our family sincerely enjoyed our stay in this cottage during our vacation. We sincerely recommend it :)

The property and the house was more perfect than the pictures. The location was so convenient to amazing shops and restaurants. The view from the backyard of the golf course was beautiful. Walking around the neighborhood felt very safe. We traveled with 3 couples total so the 3 master bedrooms were awesome. Everything was clean and felt like home. Brian greeted us when we arived and left a little care package for us which was thoughtful. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit were bonuses! I would absolutely stay here again!

This house is beyond your dreams and we could not have been more pleased. The outdoor shower is simply incredible. We loved the pool and hot tub. The rooms are wonderful, well appointed and spacious. We simply adored everything about staying here and it really made us seriously start considering moving to Kauai.

We really enjoyed staying in this property. The layout and amenity was perfectly suited to our family of three couples. The property is clean and well-maintained and perfectly located for easy access to all the amenity of the island. Close to beaches, restaurants, shops, resorts, golf courses, and bike hire. We particularly enjoyed the Beach House Restaurant (fantastic at sunset) and Paco's Tacos (in the near by golf course). The property manager (Bryan) was excellent - he was kind, generous, very helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We would without hesitation recommend this property to friends and relatives. So glad we chose Kauai for our family holiday, and so glad we chose this house.

This property was exactly what we needed! The house was beautiful, clean, and easily accessible. Brian, the property manager, was so attentive and on top of our every request! We thoroughly enjoyed the welcome basket he left us (local cookies, chocolate, coffee). We also really appreciated that the house had items available for our use including beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Plus, we LOVED the full size shampoos, conditioner, and shower gels! Thank you to everyone that has a hand in this property.

Property is extremely clean and well maintained and the pictures don't actually do it justice. Bryan - the property manager - greeted us upon arrival and was very attentive to our needs. We really felt "taken care of"! Pool & fire pit are definite highlights!
