Hotel mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, gutes, vielseitiges Frühstück, gute Lage nicht weit vom historischen Zentrum, obwohl zentral gelegen nachts ruhig bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Allerdings läuft die Klimaanlage sehr ruhig.

Die Einfahrt in die Hotelgarage um mehrere Ecken kann bei der Ankunft eine Herausforderung sein. Auch war man im Bad mit Toilettenartikeln sehr sparsam: keine Duschhaube, kein Rasierspiegel, kaum Handtuchhalter)

La stanza, non eccessivamente ampia, ma con un buon arredamento. La colazione : un trionfo di sapori sia dolci che salati. Le signore addette all'area colazione : simpatiche e disponibili per soddisfare ogni richiesta.

La pressochè totale mancanza di prese elettriche nella stanza (essendo un viaggiatore business, è fondamentale per me poter racaricare smartphone, PC, tablet, e vari altri devices, contemporaneamente : nelle stanze di questo hotel la cosa è impossibile !!!). Il bagno : avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione, è vecchio, poco funzionale, con doccia non proprio funzionante ..... La raception : un calvario - riuscire ad avere la fattura, al momento del check-out è stato un vero delirio : ho ridato la Partita IVA almeno tre volte, l'intestazione della mia azidenda ed il Codice SDI almeno altre due .....

Great location, clean room, half decent breakfast. Comfy bed. It’s not all bells and whistles, but offers a good value home from home. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and not been disappointed.

For what it costs and what it offers, nothing really except there are some minor maintenance jobs that need doing- for example our shower door ground a little bit and the toilet roll holder was loose on the wall. We had a bit of a fiddle with the aircon the first night but that was as much on us as the unit.

Very nice breakfast and friendly staff. The place is in the heart of Bassano del Grappa. Worth to go and worth the money. Excellent solution for work of for leisure.

Great location, few minutes walking from the old city center. The hotel is old, but the rooms are recently renovated, with very good bed and bathroom. Breakfast is good. Parking available.

In one of the rooms we booked the heating was too strong and we couldnt change the temperature.

The front desk staff were fantastic.

The bed, pillows mainly were not comfortable.

Dark and outdated decor. Weak WiFi.

Not only this hotel, but all hotels in this area end of September abusing of sudden interest and more than double their rates. I used to like this region and visited few times a year. This certainly make me think to change location. Charge over Eur 200 as some poor hotels did, when week ago charge Eur 75, it is really discouraging.

It was all wonderful!

Breakfast was bountiful and very tasty looking. I am sorry that i could not enjoy all of the offerings as I have allergy to gluten so was not able to eat most of the things on offer. The hotel is well located within all the city attractions.

It does look a bit tired on the inside but then again it contributes to the charm. Internet was unstable, the TV in the room did not work.

Great spot, very helpful staff and perfect for what we needed.

Hot breakfast was a little limited- and was warm at best- not hot. Rooms comfy but getting a little tired.
