Camila is the best host! Everything was communicated so well and she even delivered a special pastries as breakfast for us on the first morning of our stay. She took time to explaining to us where the grocery store and laundry are. Immediately made us feel home. Excellent location: 3 min walking to Rialto while on a quiet small road. So you don’t have chaos near the Rialto. 1 min to a big chain bakery Farnini (delicious breakfast, lunch). Many cute stores within 3 min of walking, including two of best gelato places I have tried in Italy. Quick walking to St Marco’s and the water bus stop to Murano too. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Excellent floor plan with the main bedroom on the other end of the hallway from the guest bedroom. Very spacious for our family of 4. The apartment is equipped with quiet AC, which makes it very pleasant.

We needed to do laundry once during our stay. Since Camila told us clearly where it was, it is about 5 min walking so not a big deal. It costed 12-15 euro for a laundry.

Location was excellent. The host and cleaner gave us good tips for food.

No bedroom door on second bedroom. Toilet was located through the second bedroom. Some of the furniture was thread bare, bathroom needed renovations. No lounge area to sit

The location was great. Close to everything you need in Venice. The host was absolutely wonderful; she made sure we had everything we needed and more. She’s very involved and does the best she can to make you comfortable. A great host

Camilla is a superb hostess, friendly, kind and very available. Comfotable cool apartment, very quiet and very close to everything.

I sincerely recommend. The owner is very helpful and nice. And the location of the apartment is perfect !!!

The property is old, spacious and very quirky. It has an unusual layout but there again- so does Venice! It is immaculately clean, lovely bathroom with plenty of hot water and the kitchen has the basic condiments as well as tea coffee etc to tide you over. As a Brit, I would have liked a toaster! The property has a superb location, you can basically walk to everywhere and anywhere from it. 10⭐️ The host, Camilla, looks after you very well.

My biggest concern was the second bedroom. It contains twin beds ( (very comfy) but only one was made up ( we were a group of 3) This bedroom had no door? You had to walk through this bedroom to get to the bathroom..If you are a family or very close friends…..no problem ..but it was a little awkward for us because of the dynamics of our group.

Location is superb

Camilla is the key to make your trip to Venice happy I could easily give her 20 out of 10... yes, you are reading it correctly... she helped us beyond the apartment needs.. she came to pick us from Rialto Waterborne Station, she brought us Italian nice breakfast the second day to welcome us, she helped us by giving many addresses to have food in them (most of them was delicious 😋).. to make it short, she tried to let us feel at our second home. The apartment is clean and cosy, it is 2 bedrooms which easily and comfortably have a space for a family of 4, have kitchen if needed to make any type of cooking, Italian coffee 🙂, keeping in mind that we are in Venice with the beautiful historical architectural designs we were not expecting new buildings (and I hope that is the case with the others planning to come 😁), the location was excellent, near to many things. P.s. Special thanks to Camilla for making our visit to Venice remarkable.. Many hugs and kisses from all of us 🌹 We hope whenever we are back to Venice to stay at your place again... I totally recommend everybody to try and reserve this apartment.

Everything was Ok.

We had an amazing stay at Camilla's place. She welcomed us and recommended attractions around Venice. In the morning she surprised us with a nice Italian breakfast, including a vegan cornetto. Such a lovely experience definitely would recommend. The apartment itself is very big, the air conditioning was a bliss and the location just perfect for us.

We had a great stay in Venice. Great localization, super host:) apartment is quite basic and with only 1 bathroom but still managable for 4 people or 1 family. Camilla takes care of her guests which always makes your stay a better expirience than in a regular hotel.

This little apartment is perfect for our family of four. Location is as much in the center of Venice as it can get, right next to Rialto bridge. It’s clean, calm, air conditioned, a little kitchen well equipped (not that we used it), bathroom with shower and two bedrooms as well as a little dining room. All nicely decorated with paintings on the wall (and WiFi password). Camilla greeted us and kindly gave us some insights of living in Venice. She also directed us to the restaurants and places Venicians go - in my opinion it really made a difference. Thank you very much for being such a superhost and taking care of us!

What’s not to like?

Everything! Firstly Camilla, our hostess was very gentle and helped us a lot with any kind of information we could need....she also brought us a wonderful breakfast for our first morning.... the house is in the centre of Venice really close to everywhere by walking and very close to the boat station. There Is market Very close where you can buy everything...The house was very comfortable and clean. Really value for money ! Will be our first choice next time!

It is a wonderful place with the loveliest host ever! Camilla is so helpful and kind! And the house is perfect. Beds are very comfortable, the apartment is in the very center, yet very quiet. You feel at home. Do not hesitate. It will add so much to the beauty of Venice!

We liked simply everything. The apartment is authentic and cosy. Very central and yet quiet, with a view on a canal with very little boat traffic ( only small ones and very seldom. It's great to see them pass by your bedroom window). Camilla is by far the best host we've ever had in years of travelling around Europe. A place like this in such a location would sell itself. And yet this is not enough for Camilla. She takes care of your stay from the moment you're approaching Venice right until the end. You can really see she does it with passion, dedication and a pure desire to help her guests with tips, addresses, information of all kinds and little treats. She does all this with great tact and without being in the least intrusive. Our stay was perfect !
