The rooms were a good size, shower was powerful. The whole property was very clean, staff were extremely friendly/helpful. Property was on the sea front there was no charge for sun beds on the beach, as some reviews have said. Central to shops, restaurants & easy to get bus into Chania. 😊 Thank you for a stress free break. Xx

warm welcome, room was very clean, with a daily house keeping that made peronal touches, bed was very comfortable, apartment spacious, with a wonderful seaview, exactly what we hoped for, and more. The hotel is was not over crowed with direct access to beach and only a 2 min walk to many resturants, pick up points for tours and buses to old town if wanted.

Nothing, loved it all, and we will be back, looking already to rebook, I came with my husband,but as a women if to come alone, this is the place to feel welcomed and safe.

Peaceful and very quiet place. No crowds at the pool or bar. Beautiful view to the sea from the swimming pool. Perfect place for people who are seeking quiet asylum away from noisy tourists. Private beach makes it easy to spend time both at the pool or near the see. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We have spent there lovely 2 weeks with our children.

The hotel was comfortable, the room spacious with a good-sized sea view balcony, the bed was very comfortable and the room was cleaned on a daily basis. Adequate kitchenette, with cutlery and crockery, supplied, good size well-maintained pool with bar and restaurant although can't comment on the food as we didn't eat there.

There was a leak in the toilet. The €2.50 charge for the beachfront loungers and umbrellas, shame, I only wanted to sit there for an hour. The beach is open sea and the sand is not the finest quality, however, the hotel is right on the beach.

Our room was sea view and it was so lovely listening to the waves while going to sleep.

We lived at two times, hope not a last. Best place for vacation in Platanias. Staff, place, room - all is excellent.
