Staff were great, especially Sef, Baz and Billy around the pools. Rooms cleaned every day with fresh linen, towels and water. Chill pool excellent 👌 location perfect too 👍

Pinehill was very clean in fantastically well kept gardens and planted borders. Food was great and the pool team brought drinks and afternoon tea to guests, always with a smile. No request was too much.

I've been coming to Hisoronu for 15 years and stayed in many hotels and villas, my friends and I all agree this was by far the best place we have stayed by far. Could not fault anything. Baz, Billy, seff and all the staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for you. The rooms were excellent and cleaned spotlessley every day. Location was excellent being just a 2 minute walk from the main shopping/ restaurant strip. Both pools were spotless and an idyllic place to spend the day sunbathing and chilling with excellent attention from the staff who were always there to provide you with refreshments and food all day. We loved it here so much we will definitely be back next year.

The breakfast was pretty basic but you could find something to eat. The staff couldn’t talk English so when something was ordered.they would walk around with it for ages as-they didn’t take a table numbers or give tickets out. So was cold by the time you got it.

I felt is was such a shame the hotel is looking very tired and needs a bit of a tidy up. We have been coming to Pinehills for quite a few years and was so surprised how it had gone down hill. The relax pool toilets smelt their was no toilet paper or paper towel’s . The jacuzzi was a distrusting colour that nobody would won’t to get in.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Our cleaner was exceptional and the room was cleaned to a very high standard. Food was still extremely tasty and plentiful and we were pleased to see the owner was still doing most of the cooking.

The hotel itself is looking very tired and needs some attention to detail to become the well known popular hotel it once was. We were extremely shocked to see the spa toilets were filthy and smelly, this lovely area we have always paid to enjoy the facilities was run down and should of been closed until sorted. We didnt use the chill pool as the jacuzzi looked uninhabitable and more resembled a dirty pond! Some staff are friendly and some not so, we think this is due to new staff that struggle to communicate and are not so familiar with the English language. We have never encountered this problem before as previously all staff were friendly and would often chat for a lengthy time. Often on ordering food at breakfast or lunch we would be given wrong orders. Three times I ordered a chicken wrap and three times I received a tuna wrap! This would be highly detrimental and dangerous to anyone who had a fish allergy! We feel the leadership at the hotel has been lost. We know the owners son/manager was not there and feel this was definitely reflected on the lack of supervision to the general running of the hotel. If these issues were not resolved during early season then sadly complaints will come fast and furious as the summer bookings intensify. We really hope for the future of the hotel that they can get their act together and become The Pine Hills Hotel they once was.

We checked in at 4 AM and realized there were no curtains in our room. As the sunlight came into our room in the morning, we woke up early and we could not sleep more. I talked to the reception and they upgraded our room to swim up one. They are really service oriented and well behaved. Swim up suit is simply the best. The pool was amazing, we drank amazing cocktails from Gokhan. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here

No wifi - only available in public areas

Location

No special parking area. Find a shampoo and body gel is miracle in this hotel. Bad breadfast. Specially I drinked the worst orange juice in my life. Wifi is other problem. U should connect all the time again to wifi when you go out from hotel and sometimes wifi reject to connect second time in a day.

Exceptional people and great hotel. They helped us with all of our requests. Many thanks to all personnel. I look forward to getting back to the Pinehill hotel.

I’m very disappointed with this hotel. The structure and the rooms are good but unfortunately my whole staying (3 days) I didn't have hot water in the shower, on one of the days we didn't even have water at all for few hours… I asked the staff for assistance several times per day but the problem hasn’t been fixed. I’d highly recommend the hotel. However these are simple things that all hotels should at least be careful about.
