- Location was excellent - large living room was ideal for a family - bathrooms were large and functional

- no jetted tub as advertised. photos, description and welcome guide at the property indicated a jetted tub that was no longer there - apartment was uncomfortably hot. dryer vented into second bedroom and ran for 4 hours after we arrived. Thermostat was turned off during the day and adjustments to lower the temperature did not appear to work.

we loved having two couches, plenty of pillows and comfortable beds! It was very clean and the washer and dryer was great.

Great location. Public parking 2 min walking distance.

The property was perfectly situated 5 minutes walking distance to the Duomo. The host Ilona was very hospitable and quick with follow up. We had some difficulty getting into the apartment since I had problems with data on my phone but Ilona was very patient and helpful providing a solution. The apartment is very modern, well equipped and very comfortable. First day necessities even slippers were provided. My kids loved it. There were perfect instructions on how to use everything in the apartment. A beautiful place to stay as a family.

The only thing that is a problem was the noisy main street where you could here the tram, buses and cars all night. The main room is ok but the second bedroom got a good share from the noise. So if you are a light sleeper, just bring earplugs because it is worth the stay.
