The hot tube was an added bonus as it was too cold to go into the pool.it would have been better if we could higher the temperature as it seem set at a specific temperature. The host was very attentive to a couple of questions we had.

Although the Villa is very clean it could do with a little bit of freshening up nothing a coat of paint wouldn’t sort out. Outside furniture was also in need of freshening up new cushions also needed.

We liked the hot tub, the bed was very comfortable. I liked that there was two fridges, so you can keep drinks in the other fridge. I also liked that when we had problems in the villa, when the kettle blew up and the door handle came off in my husband's hand the problems were sorted out quickly. We liked the fact there was free WiFi available, which was easy to connect to.

We didn't like the fact that when we first went to use the shower it was dirty and there was hair in the plug. Also a lot of the lights did not work, I feel that the property needs a lot doing to it as a lot of the cupboards were falling apart. I also had to clean the table and kitchen sides. Also when we went to use the bbq, the grill that you use to cook the food on was dirty with food still stuck on the grill. Also the shutters upstairs did not close properly, when we tried to close them. Also the gates for the driveway were not very good, as they dragged on the floor when opening and closing them as they had dropped.

Great location with views of the dunes and sun in the outside space all day long. Comfortable beds and sofa, good Wi-Fi.

The property needs some basic maintenance as one shower did not work, the other bathroom’s door handle fell off as it had been glued on, there was a leaking tap in the kitchen and some lightbulbs missing in certain places. Also, the outdoor furniture is very tired and needs replacing.

Fantastic villa with a big pool and hot tub! Hot tub was on and heated ready for our arrival. Very spacious, large rooms, great location. Private driveway for our hirecar.

Oven and hob very hard to use due to broken dials, and instructions rubbed off.

The pool is nice and kept clean but if you're under 5ft 2 then you cannot touch the bottom. 5 sun loungers (1 broken) no mattresses but that could be due to covid. The owner responded quickly to WhatsApp messages.

In general the villa is in need of decorating. We knew there was no aircon but the bedrooms are very hot at night and would expect fans to be provided. There is lots of seating outside but none of it is comfortable. There are no mirrors in any of the bedrooms and no full length mirror anywhere. The villa is on a road which isn't too busy but the quad bike tour passes by at least 4 times a day and is very noisy. The villa is not really in walking distance of the main town centre although there is supermarket, bakery, cafe and restaurant 5mins up the road and a small shopping centre 0.3 miles away. There was no welcome pack, so no useful information on the villa or nearby facilities.

The Villa is nice but needs maintennance. Liked the location. Perfect for morning walks and jogging.

lacking kitchen equipment - only 1 wine glass for example. its next to a main road so there is traffic noise.

the jacuzzi, the patio and the views to the dunes was the best!
