The breakfast, poor coffee.

Excellent location, very close to Plaza Espana and Temple of Diana. Short taxi ride from station, but a bit far to walk if you have luggage.

Large room and private deck w/ two person jacuzzi for under $200, enclosed courtyard, steps from temple of Diana, don't miss the large and beautiful plaza de espania a block down a narrow alley way, we almost did.

Hotel (and town signs) very unclear on parking, only option is a lot by the river about three blocks away, make sure your suitcase has sturdy wheels for cobblestones.

The location is excellent, two seconds away from Diana’s temple.

There was no kettle, coffee or anything in the room. There was a little fridge in a corner which was not even plugged in, on the floor in a corner. The place smelled quite bad, the shower was difficult to get warm - I think there was a switch that turned the water on but nothing was very clearly explained. There were no extra pillows, the heat could not be controlled, the scattered cushions were a put off - God knows when they were last cleaned. Not really a 5 star or 4 star hotel, it was dated and dark. The next day, we couldn’t get out of the car park. Bit of a hassle

excellent location in the heart of Merida and close to shops, restaurants, bars and attractions. very comfortable hotel and the staff warm and friendly.

we paid extra for a balcony as we like to sit out at night with a glass of wine and watch the world go by. it was never mentioned that the balcony was internal and overlooked a lobby.

The location and the decor in the hotel were very good.

What spoiled it was the payment problem. My friend paid for both our two rooms in reception after the hotel cancelled our Booking.com reservation when we asked for an upgrade. However, the hotel also charged my credit card that they had for the cancelled Booking.com reservation and said that my friend did not pay at reception. I am now in the long process of trying to sort it all out and get my €200 back.

Room was very good, large jacuzzi and Juliet balcony. Central location in old town. Bed large and comfortable.

A beautiful hotel tastefully decorated very clean. Comfortable bed & pillows. Staff very friendly & helpful. Good breakfast. Within walking distance of all the local amenities.

No car parking on site. Only stayed one night, wish it could have been longer to use the spa & relax in this beautiful hotel.

The breakfast needs to be ordered the evening before. We prefer a buffet breakfast.

It is a small hotel with its own personality and great staff. Carmen, Gonzalo and Irene were very kind and helpful before and during our stay.

No parking arrangements with a local parking so we had to pay each day 17 euro's for a parking! Jacuzzi was not clean. Breakfast was mediocre for a 4 star hotel. Small room mediocrely decorated. Plastic under the sheets what gives a very uncomfortable feeling. No telephone in the room so you have to use your own telephone if you want to call reception but the number was no where indicated. No four stare hotel
