I have stayed at this property a number of times and will return. The staff are friendly and helpful. the breakfast room is a delight.

I love its location on the Giudecca but it is probably not a good choice for first time visitors to Venice as it is a bit out of the waY.

The interiors were gorgeous, the staff were extremely friendly, kind, thoughtful, helpful and just created a lovely atmosphere in the hotel. They made us feel at home. It was a lovely quiet place situated less than 5 min water taxi from Mainland Venice.

The hotel Is very clean ,quite, with comfortable rooms and the staff are hospitable, pleasant, friendly , proffessional and open to explain to you all things which you need there - from restaurants to ways to buy tickets for the water bus. Guidecca not far way from San Marco ( only 10 minutes ) and so easy to come to Murano, Burano, Ferrovitta ( Santa Lucia ). Water bus working 24 hours .Nice to explorer the lovely Island and feel Venice. Thanks to ali the staff for amazing hospitality and I really felt as if I was at home.

calm area, clean and tasty breakfast

Room was cold, heating had to be left on all night, and additional blankets had to be asked for. floor was freezing, incl. in bathroom. The hotel is located in a nice and calm area, but far of everything. this is a choice to make. Staff’s advice was wrong and terrible in every way! we arrived 30 minutes late to concert, they advised us to take the wrong vaporetto line and suggested nonsense places to eat at.

Very good for a three-star hotel, located in a quiet area, only a five-minute walk from the vaporetto stop

Breakfast could be improved and mosquitos are annoying but a mosquito repellent sorts the problem out!

The hotel was perfect for us as our son lives on the Giudecca, just a six or seven minute walk from the hotel. This is a quiet area and there is a vaporetto stop a few minutes walk away. If you make use of the day or week pass you can easily access the rest of the city and all the main tourist sites, but if you want a day out to Padua or the mountains, there is a rapid service to the car park, bus station and trains. The hotel is lovely with an exceptional breakfast.

A lovely quiet hotel, super friendly and efficient staff all of whom were very helpful. Our room was lovely and the breakfast great. It was so nice to be away from the main tourist area but only a vaperetto ride away. Local restaurants were all very good.

Convenient location, not in the center but do you really want to stay in the center of Venice? Close to the vaporetto which will take you everywhere. The room was noisy because of some machinery we kept hearing all the time. Maybe ask for a quiet one upon booking if you are very sensitive to noise.

Staff was nice, room was quite big and quiet surroundings.

Very quiet at night, restful, helpful staff, cozy room.

I dislike that kind of instant coffee machine in the breakfast room. Fortunately, you can order a good coffee from the proper machibe in the bar. It just takes a lot longer.

This is a really elegant hotel with very helpful staff, situated on the picturesque and quiet island of Giudecca. Though we arrived earlier in the morning, our room was already available. Nice breakfast in a pretty room.
