お風呂がとてもよかったです。朝食も美味しかったです。

狭い部屋しかなかったのでエキストラベッドを頼んだのですがご用意がないとのことでした。仕方ないのですが、あればより快適な滞在でした。

The location was absolutely superb. Right next to the Otaru Train station, bus station, fish market (amazing!), and a Don Quijote for some last minute necessities. The walk down to the canals is quite easy as well. The onsen was nice as well.

The room was small, even for japanese business hotel standards, and didn't quite reflect the price in my opinion. It could use a renovation. The TV was a bit small, and pillows were too thin and flat for my liking.

Location is perfect. 5 mins walk from Otaru station.. it is surrounded by a lot of eateries shops.

Room is rather small than other hotel I stayed. Double bedroom have limited space to open luggage.

There is a car park connected and is very convenient. Room is functional and has everything needed for a one night stay.

Nothing in particular, just an obvious wallpaper crack that needs fixing.

Bathroom was crowded. It would be better if there are more showers.

It’s extremely close to the station. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us set up a reservation at Yoichi Distillery as that was only possible by telephone and we didn’t speak Japanese.

Where to start. The main thing I didn’t like is the absolute lack of sound proofing. You can hear doors slamming and people stomping around until way past 11PM. And then if you’re unlucky it starts again at 6AM. The rooms are a bit old, dusty, not feeling fresh. The hotel is very big and the breakfast buffet is not equipped to handle the peak surge of people. Prepare to wait 20 min if you come at peak times.

It is just next to Otaru JR station. Just a minute walk to the hotel. the hot spring is large and the facilities are clean.

It's right in front of the train station, and about a 10 minutes walk from the canal, a bit further away from the main shopping street. Onsen is very complete and open overnight. As I usually come back late I felt very relaxed not having to think about the time. It also features a sauna and a cold bath right next to it. Finally, the room was really big, nice looking and comfortable.

Breakfast (japanese buffet) was abundant in options, yet the ingredients felt as they were not of very high quality. Still tasted ok though.
