The location is perfect, close to the beach , and city center, it's very clean and has good parking, friendly stuff.

The entire hotel would need renovation, old style, bad furniture condition.You got what the 3 star offer.

Our stay at Miranda was a memorable one, in the most positive way one can express. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating, in particular Wendy. There is no question or request without an answer or solution. Everyone goes above and beyond in order to please all guests. We are a family with a 2 year old and we needed food for her outside the restaurant opening hours due to her nap schedule. We were accommodated on every request we had. The way that Miranda staff treats their guests it's what makes the difference between fair/good and memorable. From my experience, working in the tourism industry for 20 years, after the holiday is done and safely arrived home, a guest remembers the food, the weather and the people they've met. If a name gets stuck into your mind, that means that this person made a difference. A special THANK YOU! from Emily to Wendy :)

The location was good, the cancellation policy was useful in this period, the room and bathrooms were not particularly good but good enough. There was private parking, which given the busy period was a lifesaver, although the price of the parking was never explicitly mentioned until payment time. It is mentioned on booking.com if one knows where to look.

Premise: I was visiting a friend who lives locally on new year's eve, so other hotel guests were mostly in a party mood and had a tendency to be less responsible than normal. With this in mind... Face masks on common areas were mandatory but this blatantly wasn't enforced, making me feel extremely unsafe everywhere outside my room. Given how unresponsible behaviour was tolerated, I used common areas for as little as possible, and gave up breakfast. Even the bedroom cleaning staff wore no face masks, so I refused bedroom cleaning services for the duration of my stay. There is no soundproofing in the hotel, and I had to use earplugs to be able to sleep. Some people were singing songs in their room until 2am in the morning, and other people were up at 8am loudly planning their day while standing in the corridor (also not wearing face masks). Adding to this, every day at 8am the nearby belltower starts loudly ringing its tune at regular intervals. My impression was that the hotel management chose to look the other way with regards to irresponsible behaviour, to cater for tourists who came to party for new year's eve, all bang in the middle of the omicron variant outbreak. My impression was that hotel staff will prioritise income over common sense and guest safety, and that's something I will keep very well in mind before booking this venue again.

Perfect location just outside town center. The room had balcony/terrace with sea view and was clean. Nice and flexible staff, our stay was extended with 2 more days. Typocal Italian breakfast, very good coffee.

Reg breakfast: missed wholemeal bread.

we had a nice sea view from our room the stuff was very nice and friendly we really enjoyed the breakfast the location is great and you get everywhere by foot there is a big parking in front with a nice price the room is nice and modern the bed was very comfy big flat tv with netflix :D

the noise isolation is not so great the water pressure in the shower was not optimal

- Location is good, Varazze is a nic town to explore - Stuff is helpful - Good breakfast - Possibility of free parking in the streets or in the garage for 6 euros per day

- Small room and furniture in the room was quite old, same for the bathroom - We expected a nice view from the room because all of them have balconies, but had a view on the construction work - Cleaning of the room starts at 8 am every day, which is early, you need to put "don't disturb" sign so nobody gonna wake you up. A little bit strange thing to do, you expect your room to be cleaned after you leave the room only.
