The room was nice and the location is just perfect!

The water at the pool in the spa was very cold, they said it was at the maximum, and even though we tried, we couldn’t used it - which was the main reason why we chose this hotel. Breakfast is in front of the main building (the same than the spa), there are many options available at the buffet, quality is not really the best, but is acceptable. As we couldn’t use the spa, if I go again to Calafate I’d choose a cheaper hotel nearby without spa, and that would cost 50%. Otherwise if you want spa, choose another one, maybe the reason for others to be more expensive is because they have hot water at the pool 😅 One more thing: we arrived at the hotel 8:30am and the receptionist said all tours have already started, so we lost the day. That’s not true! You can find activities to do, suggestion: reach out to agencies directly.

They are using un-official exchange rate(Blue dollars). If I pay roon charge in peso , they ask us to pay 1 USD( arond 450peso). So I paid double amount of pesos.

The overall facility was very nice. Good breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Nice location; very convenient walking to business area.

While the bed was comfortable, the furniture was old and dirty. The bathroom grout was stained or moldy -- just seemed dated and not well maintained.

The first room we had didn't have a view and we asked to be moved, which the staff arranged immediately

Room was way better than what it looked like in Booking.com, they were nice and spacious and plenty of hooks for our weather beaten jackets at the end of the day. Great breakfast. Very courteous staff - easy communication through Whatsapp. No Cabify/Uber in El Calafate but we were able to easily message the front desk and request a taxi no matter where we were in town. Our tour pick-ups were also conveniently confirmed this way. Very efficient! Would stay here again!

The bathroom in our room could use an update. Great breakfast although it would have been nice to not have to bundle up in the morning to cross the street in 0°C weather to get to the restaurant in another building lol.

The staff were exceptional - they were efficient, kind and friendly

watch out is that we have to cross the street for the pool, spa, breakfast and dinner, which can be an issue under rain and under very cold conditions.

Amazing Hotel and services, staff are very helpful.I used the Spa, nice facilities, I had two massage with Irene, she was brilliant. In general people in Patagonia are very nice and friendly.

Perhaps in the spa, more control when entering the facilities, people were using shoes. A suggestion perhaps they should provide tea or water after the massage that will complement the treatment. The room has a kettle but no coffee/tea neither cups?

Beautiful hotel complex with great facilities. Used the excellent pool and the spa area a number of times and the restaurant was very good.

The sound insulation in the room was almost non-existent. You could hear the conversation of the neighbours very well and the windows were draughty.

A lovely stay on our honeymoon, the staff made us feel extra special - thank you so much!

Staff didn’t follow up requests e.g. to book us a taxi or change our spa booking. Breakfast and room was poor for the price paid. The bathroom had dirty glasses, radiator stuck on, and a barely covered drain in the middle of the floor where bugs flew out.

The pool hours were not great for guests arriving late. We booked this place to have a relaxing night at the pool after a long day of hiking and we weren’t even able to access it.

Clean and food was good, not set up for room service but provided it when I asked.
