Stained and dirty carpet. Sofa was moist and sticky, could be due to the humidity, and the room was not properly air conditioned before guest arrival.

Breakfast was very good. Service was clean and kind. Check in staff spoke English. They were very helpful. Location is easy to get to by Metro.

The location is excellent, near the river, very picturesque area. Has a bus stop right on the corner to Macao and Hong Kong directions. Guangdong restaurants are near as well. Room was good enough, clean enough, quite enough.

Breakfast was very poor and the same variety of food every day. Gym is very bad, poorly equipped, better they delete it from the web to not make people who sport every day unhappy with the things they can see.
