Rooms were very clean and of generous size. Bathroom comes with a bath, although would be more practical to have a shower stall. Breakfast was sumptuous with a good spread of German. Thomas and his staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location is perfect and right in the center of Rüdesheim town.

Was hoping to have air conditioning especially in these summer heat, but a powerful fan was provided so it helped.

The breakfast was very generous and delicious. The people were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the balcony. The location was very good, close to the train station.

We was surprised from a excellent service. First even before, we are arriving, I was recived email of hotel how to reach, and which road is renovated - traffic. Since we are entering Pension Hotel, one absolutely polite and smiles man/owner /regarding us of,, welcome,,. Our wishes on rooms was done, and the car bought to 🅿. We was got information about culture point and inkl that,, city tour,, appointments. Rooms - incredible clean,ortopedic mattress comfortable bath, hitter, gorgeous river views, yes the train railway is in front but, you couldn't hear nothing. /available earplugs-we didn't use/. On main floor inside on hotel was interesting shop-souvenirs, Christmas decorations, chocolate etc. everything you could buy with discount.😊Thanks. Breakfast - reach, plenty variety of salami, cheese, vegetable and fruit, eggs, juice, etc... On the table was between 4-5 kind of bread. However of that owner was regarded all guests and kindness asked of them concerning and wishing. What we can explain more about Top 🔟. We are warming recommended that place for all guests, which search them trip We are wish prosperity and fullest success of future. Thank you very much ❤️

Fantastic location next to Drosselgasse, excellent breakfast with view on the Rhine and comfortable bed

Perfect location direct on the Drosselgasse. We were able to park in the hotel courtyard. Room was very clean. Didn't hear the railway at all so did not need to use the ear-plugs provided. (Nice thought though).

A little bit of attention is need to the fixtures. On the door handle on the bathroom door all the screws were loose. (I tighten them as best I could)

Owners were very friendly and caring.

Car parking is limited, but Thomas moved and parked our car for us!

Wi fi poor

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room was very tidy and the location was great (near the Rhein). There was no breakfast buffet (due to the corona-situation), but everything was brought to our table. We had a private parking space for the car (for free) and there was also space to park our bikes.

We missed a bit of variation in the offer of fruit. We got apples every day. The room was small, which would be o.k. for a few nights, but we stayed for 7 nights, so it would have been more comfortable if we had a bigger room.

The location was brilliant and the surrounding area brilliant , with everything we wished for, ie shops bars restaurants. the room we had 113 was beautiful overlooking the Rhine. They explained could be bit noisy due to train passing through during night, but it was absolutely fine. Bye the way ear plugs available in room if needed, but we didn’t use. We took a river cruise to assmmanhausen and which is fabulous and had lunch then chair lift to focal point, followed by 30 min walk through forest to next chair lift down back to Rüdesheim. All in all a fantastic stay in a lovely house with fantastic owners Tomas and his wife. 10/10 for stay. Well recommended.

Our room 103 is at the back of the building on a side street. So I think it is more quiet. But we can still have the river view from our balcony. The room is lovely decorated. We had everything we needed. What I like most is that the whole place has a long history but not smells old. We slept very well here. Breakfast was kind of a mini buffet served on the table. The owner is very attentive. So asking for extra coffee or milk or whatsoever is not complicated at all. The famous Drosselgasse is right around the corner. We visited there both at night and in the morning. I also had a little morning walk along the Rhein, it was very romantic. If you want to jog, along the river you can easily do a 8k run. just go out of the hotel, across the road, run toward the sunrise. 200 meters walk away you will be able to take the cable car to the top, where you will probably have the best view along the Rhein. All in all, we enjoyed our time here!

The shower head in this room was placed in the middle of the bathtub not at the end. Therefore it makes the space for moving your body smaller. But there must be a technical reason. The other rooms might be just normal.
