Size of the room, huge balcony, big windows, size of bath, breakfast was good quality. Lobby was very inviting like being in a nice house.

Pool wasn't open yet even though it was already warm, no shower facilities provided after check out as our flight was late in the evening. We would have been happy to use the shower facilities and changing room of the pool even with it being not opened yet. They didn't replenish the coffee capsules in the 3 days we were there. When I asked the cleaner if we can get more capsules, she said I need to ring room service.

Location, rooms, breakfast and personnel were perfect. The pleasant smile and respectful attitude of the staff at the reception and restaurant made my day better and I felt very welcome in the hotel.

The room showed minor signs of wear and tear. Leaking tap, cracked joints between tiles and mould around the bath. All it would have taken was an hour of work by an experienced handyman to get the room in perfect condition. I don't know why management doesn't address this one blemish on the beauty of an otherwise perfect hotel.

Shower could be bigger but excellent water pressure and hot water.

Stayed only for one night but enjoyed our short visit. We booked a double bed but at the first room we found two single beds. We informed the reception and the hotel upgrade us to a larger room without extra cost. The breakfast was amazing with huge variety of salt & sweets dishes. All staff members were very polite and helpful.

Beautiful decor! A lovely environment, very efficient and helpful staff, very well trained. The breakfasts were delicious. the rooms were comfortable the swimming pool and area lovely.

Breakfast was superb in both variety, service and style. Generous free soft drink mini bar and snacks on arrival. The location perfect a short stroll to Vouliagmeni Lake and to the beach with plenty of restaurants to choose from.

A little disappointed there was no restaurant but there was plenty of choice within 5 mins walk.

I thought they said they had laundry facilities onsite. They did not but they could send out laundry to be cleaned within 25 hours.
