Honestly this place is amazing. We stayed in the deluxe suit and the value for money at this place exceeded all the suits I’ve ever stayed in. It even has a roof that slides open, I mean what more do you want?

The breakfast was excellent, it was priced well for the area. The fresh breads were heavenly. We were the only people having breakfast on our first morning and they went out of their way to present a lovely table just for 2. Eggs were cooked well. The room was amazing. A mid week stay and we had the Sterne Zimmer. It was worth every penny. Loved loved the double bathtubs. We also liked the little history lesson about the rebuilding of the castle tower.

I really have nothing bad to say. Generally don't like hotel pillows, so I would recommend maybe getting tempur-pedic pillows, then I wouldn't have to travel with mine from home.

Musty rooms, not been used a lot lately obviously. Asked for a child bed at check in at 2pm - at 7 pm it was still not in the room. It’s overrated and overpriced.

There were no refrigerator, knives and forks, in the room.
