Location is okay. It is near a metero station. Overall it is clean.

No TV signal at all although there is a TV set. Call staff for help, but reply is negative. WIFI is useless. It is only able to send WeChat messages. Internet access fails. Breakfast is bad. Everything is cold including "fried egg", sausages, ham...

Location is good but the lobby lift has to use to same one of restaurant which the floor is sometimes wet and not clean.

WIFI must improve because our room was the last room and cannot send email file vis hotel WIFI

The room has a musty smell. The elevator is shared with other merchants, and the entrance is in the lobby of a restaurant. It's not clean.

Actually, I should give this location a selfish low review in order to ensure that we have a place next time we are in GZ but that would not be fair. This hotel is a great value for money. It is five or six stops away from GZ South Station on line 2. There is a popular restaurant next door. Along the street, there are shops and other restaurants within the walking distance. The staff is friendly and the room is clean. We will stay at this place again.

Nothing really to complain about. That part of town is not the nicest one but I would have paid a different price in a nicer part of town.

I don't leave much reviews despite the amount of stays I do per year due to work & holidays but I really felt entitled to leave a review to say thank you to the staff for the pleasant stay. I arrived at nearly 1:30 am due to a late flight from Shanghai and notified the hotel in advance and they made sure check in and everything was smooth. The staff was very very friendly and knowledgeable about the local surroundings and helped when I had questions in regards to getting help in buying particular items or going to places and one particular stand out was Shanshan who was one of the major reasons why I felt that a review was in order. I have to highlight, that I had just stayed at the Portman Ritz-Carlton and DoubleTree by Hilton prior to this hotel which is why I already had high expectations when it came to hotels. The hotel was clean and everything was in working order which was a big surprise. One of the down lights failed above the bed during my stay and the cleaners must of notified the maintenance crew as they fixed it straight away before I even brought it to their attention. For me this was really important because it shows the attention to detail the staff have with the apartment. I won't name any names but I can tell you a lot of 5-6 star hotels I have stayed with failed to do so and even at times I have checked in to a room with things that didn't work and had to change rooms after complaining. The location at Paco Hotel at Jiangtai Lu was second to none and with restaurants, shopping center and public transport just a stone throw away. There is plenty to do around the area and easy to go to places. It really is value for money and so are the surrounding businesses as it's not as westernized as other places such as Tianhe. This is now my go to hotel moving forward and I even signed up to be a members where they can give you discounted stay without having to points and based on membership level.

The room I stayed in was a tad noisier then usual due to it being right next to the lift entrance and but really isn't that noticeable. If you are watching TV or listening to music you won't notice it.
