Основной плюс - это удачное расположение: центр, совсем рядом остановка, с которой едет автобус в аэропорт

-На улице нет вывески, поэтому найти отель не очень просто -Посредственная чистота в номере: плесень в душевой кабине, пыль и мусор в шкаф (будто там давно не убирали)

The location of this accommodation was amazing, it is right next to the city centre. Furthermore, the beds were super soft, so if you are into that, you will like them.

The place was not very clean and smelled really strange, especially the sheets. The shower was probably the worst, so having your own shoes is a must. We did not get any information about check-in prior to departure, which is another aspect that could be improved.

The place is very central, nearby the renovated area of Momuziejos and next to the Islandijos street, a well known night life area. For the price was also ok!

From the pictures felt like was a kind of independent place but instead the kitchen was shared and in another area of the same floor. The comforters were not enough in my opinion, and I wrote them twice to receive assistance but instead they only reply the last day when I checkout.

I feel that they were not ready to receive guests. The kitchen facilities could be better.

The host was very nice, the room and bathroom - clean and spacious enough. I arrived earlier, I wrote to the host and he came immediately in five minutes to welcome me, he gave me the keys and explained me how the house was structured, where was the kitchen, explained how to unlock the doors and provided me with a key etc. The bathrooms were well prepared - three towels (body, hair, face), a soap and two shampoos for the hygienic needs. At the beginning I thought that there is no hot water, but I opened the tap and there was hot water, just at the beginning the pressure pushed only cold water but if I waited a minute or two, the water could have been used. The house was 10 minutes away from the city centre, opposite to the house was a pharmacy and downstairs cafeterias for a quick cup of coffee.
