The hotel should concern and take better care of its cleanliness in all aspects, the lobby, elevator, rooms and bathroom.

The toughest mattresses I have ever slept on.

Lovely and clean...very nice staff, a bit of a "lost in translation" moment, but very helpful nonetheless.

We found that the bed was hard, but that's just our opinion.

I hated the beds. So hard. Difficult to sleep.

Best location, nice view with large room and comfortable bed.

The air conditioner wasn't flowing well "DOESN'T COOL AT ALL!" I was dying with the heat all day/night. Just exactly right concept as a Hotel's name "The Wind" We probably need to feel the wind rather than the air conditioning in the room. Also, the power went out in the morning made it more worse but luckily we were just booking for 1 night to stay 😬 With the quality.. it’s too expensive for the price!

It was near the beach

no tea or coffee in the room! first hotel i have ever visited that these were not provided. Room was not cleaned in our two day stay. Toilet got blocked and the staff english was poor so difficult to advise them of the problem No heat under any breakfast trays, therefore fried eggs were cold. Building needs a refurbishment.

- Spacious room: there was plenty of space and I liked the way they organised each section of the room. - The balcony facing the sea - Comfortable bed - The room in general looked pretty new - The location is close to the main road ( I was there for business so didn't have time for the beach, which is far like 1 km. from the hotel) Didn't have breakfast, so I can't tell.

- The bathroom: after the shower, almost the whole bathroom was wet. They didn't separate the 2 sections well. - The toilet seat that kept moving out of its place - They charged me more than I was initially confirmed by booking.com. - The reception is not 24 hours. At night there was nobody. - Stinky fridge - Since it's during Covid time and everyone should be masked up, none of their maids were wearing masks AT ALL while they were cleaning up the rooms. I walked past them when leaving and saw that. It made me feel uncomfortable and would be hesitant to come back, not until we are safe to not wear mask in general.
