Wonderful stay at this gem of a property. To start, the view is stunning. The house is spacious and comfortable. We planned to stay a week and added 3 more days to our stay and were still sad to leave.

Relaxing week in our own little wellness resort!
We, a family with two teenagers, had a wonderful week in the Chalet La Luge!
The Chalet was very clean and with the rooms spread out on three floors, was a perfect mix of privacy and family time.
The kitchen is very well equipped, you find everything thing you need to cook a four course menu!
Even though the weather wasn't that great, we enjoyed our stay very much. We loved to relax in the sauna and the whirlpool, star gazing at night was the best!
We often used the wii, played Boule or a board game to challenge each other. Chalet la Luge provides everything that you could wish for, thanks Mini and Dan that you shared your great place with us!

Das Inserat stimmt mit den Verhältnissen vor Ort völlig überein - bzw. die Küchenausstattung übertrifft das Inserat sogar noch. Wir haben mit insgesamt 14 Personen eine super Woche im Chalet La Luge genossen und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Ein herrlicher Sommerurlaub
Wir verlebten mit 4 Familien einen wunderschönen Sommerurlaub in diesem Traum-Chalet. Sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einem grandiosen Blick von der Terrasse in das Tal. Alle Zimmer sind mit eigenem Bad ausgestattet. Auch das Wetter war Weltklasse, so dass die Sauna nur einmal genutzt wurde. Der Vermieter hielt sich dezent im Hintergrund, war aber bei Fragen immer ansprechbar und half sofort.
Der Außenpool war für unsere 2 Kinder natürlich das Highlight.
Vielen Dank an Mini und Dane für einen erholsamen Urlaub.
P.S. Die kleine Holztreppe zur Terrasse müsste mal überarbeitet werden. War etwas wacklig.

Top class property in a quiet and uncommercialised area of Switzerland
We booked Chalet La Luge for the 2017 Christmas/New Year/Special Birthday treat for 10 persons. Having never skied in the area before and some of the party never skied we were more than pleased with the chalet and area.
Dan and Mini from the very start made us all feel very welcome and had arranged lift passes and ski hire (discounted) prior to arrival. They both stay in a small studio apartment adjoining the property, but were no way intrusive during our stay. We did not take up the offer of being fully catered due to the fact that we wanted the flexibility of not having to watch the clock to be prepared for meals etc. However, for my wife's birthday Mini prepared a first class four course meal for 10 which was amazing.
The Chalet itself is decorated to a very high standard without being distasteful and cluttered. It was also cleaned to a high standard which from the offset gave you confidence in Dan and Mini's attention to detail.
The area is not over busy and the piste was quiet as was the lift system compared to the more affluent neighbour over the mountain.
All in all a good time had by all.....I strongly recommend visiting this most delightful Chalet ran by two passionate people...Keep it up and bonne chance to you both..

We were a large group with 11 people. This chalet is in a huge place with beautiful views to the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay at chalet La Luge. We were a group of 14 people and found the chalet very clean, cosy and comfortable. Chalet La Luge is quite new and has 6 bedrooms with separate bathrooms which is an advantage. The Chalet comes with great facilities like Sauna, Hot Tub, TV room, and full range of equipment for cooking. If I want to score the chalet and the facilities it would be as follows:
Main Lounge 8/10: comfortable leather sofas, decent Sound System and a small TV. I would suggest a larger screen TV for the big size Lounge.
Dining Area 10/10: Close to the kitchen, superb views from the windows and a very large dining table that accommodates 14 people.
Kitchen 10/10: Very well equipped, you can find anything necessary for cooking, baking cakes and making desserts.
TV room 8/10: very comfortable with a large screen TV and lots of DVD movies, although we found it not easy to play movies from a USB device or a Laptop.
Rooms 10/10: good sized bedrooms, nice and clean bathrooms, very comfortable beds and nice view from the window.
Outside 10/10: A big wooden table which accommodates 12-14 people. Very nice and clean Hot Tub with adjustable temperature. Stunning views.
Location 7/10: the Chalet is located at the end of a steep driveway, it is very close to ski resorts which makes it perfect for ski season. However, because of the height of the Chalet it is not easy to travel to the other parts of Switzerland.
Hospitality 10/10: Dan and Mini were very welcoming and were always available if we needed any help.
I definitely recommend Chalet La Luge for large groups and looking forward to staying there again.
