For the amount of money paid (€200 p/n) I would have expected the room to be equipped with bathrobes, slippers, working WiFi (not so much on the first night), coffee&tea making facilities. I had expected the reception to be able to lend umbrellas to their guests, but they did not have any. Besides that, as stated, the bathroom was not properly cleaned; I found a clothing label underneath the sink. There were bloodstaines on the bed linen and the room had a very bad odeur (like sewer) When I informed reception on Saturday morning, they were surprised to hear this and apologised. Upon return the smell was the same, the sheets were changed thank god. To my surprise the receptionist never asked about this incident again, nor if it was solved. The breakfast selection was fine, the staff was very friendly there. The room were the breakfast buffet is located and guest can enjoy their breakfast is a bit sad. No atmosphere, no background music. Upon check out the receptionist did not inform how my stay was… I told her all of the above and she would inform management. Such a shame of this hotel at its superb location. Will definitely not recommend nor return Minus All of the above mentioned
