Roberta was outstanding! The location and view from the veranda cannot be beat. The pool was very nice and refreshing. The weekend free croissants were good.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The views and grounds were amazing. Facilities were great and clean. The pool was in a good location, never too busy, and plenty of sun loungers for all. There were additional activities put on for the Ferragosto public holiday (15th August) and we were made welcome at these.

The apartment was great - spacious and comfortable. We went for a one bedroom apartment with a balcony and enjoyed the extra space. It had beautiful views over Lake Garda and had lovely grounds that were very peaceful. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and happy to help you with arrangements. I require gluten free food and they found some places to eat in the nearby town of Desenzano del Garda that were gluten free friendly.

It was a shame that we couldn't use the outdoor pool as it wasn't warm enough

We didn’t have a car so the commute from the village to the apartment was a little far (and uphill), but not unmanageable!

When we arrived at our accommodation, we were actually blown away by the beauty of the building and the views. It is absolutely stunning. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay there again. It was about a 20-25 minutes walk to the harbour area, with a couple of hills in between. I like a walk so was perfect for me.

Spacious apartment, gardens and pool were beautiful.

Walkable to town but the walk back at nigh was a bit challenging. Dark and up hill all the way. Having a car at this location would be easier but parking in town can be tough.

Beautiful pool with view of the lake of Garda - definitely a highlight. Nice old building, good private parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bicycles to borrow for free.

The rooms need a bit upgrading compared to the main building.

The location was incredible, a short walk into Desenzano, around 10 mins to the lake side beach but perched above with amazing views. Very welcoming owners. I would highly recommend a stay here to couples or families.
