Not major but you will need to take Uber everywhere if you don't have a car. At peak time, it can be pricey. However I already knew this before booking so it didn't bother me.

the place was spacious but a bit old, so some of the facilities could be upgraded (mattresses, crockery). Aida was super kind and we had a quick and effective communication. We had our own parking spot and she even did some recommendations to us on what to do in the city.

Warm welcome by the hostess who went out of her way to ensure that we could check in early. Comfortable and very clean apartment with everything you need.

It's a bit far out from the Old Town, but that is easily solved by taking a bus or an Uber.

The host is a very nice lady, she gave us a lot of help. she always reply my message and answer my questions. This appointment has a great location and comfortable like home. The most important is free parking, which saved us a lot of money. With Uber it cost us about 7euro to the old town, really convenient. It is definitely a great stay, highly recommendation!

I love the place because is clean and quite and have parking which is a big problem in Dubrovnik. The host is very helpful and welcoming.

even though Uber took us to the wrong address (no fault of the owner)- the owner Aida stepped in and picked us up where Uber dropped us

Great value for money! The young lady was incredibly helpful and offering us advices and tips, a lot of useful information! She was always available for any questions. I highly appreciate that … accommodation was excellent. It was large airy appartment with fabulous terrace and is very very clean and stylish! It was pretty close to the beaches as well to supermarkets or restaurants. With bus 2a, 5 or 6 you are in a few minutes in the old town and the station is under five minutes walk. You can use Uber taxi and will cost you 6 dollars 💵. You have a parking lot in front which was big issue for us ( free of charge). The Wi-Fi inside and outside appartment was very strong ( I had remote work ). We can really recommend it! We will definitely stay here again! See you next year!
