The staff was friendly. The price i got are good. The stay was great. Superior triple family Room was spacious. Mini shop at the counter was good. Sink for wash dishes provided outside the room was great. Water filter provided. Car park in front hotel. Overall satisfied.

So far so good.

Best, sebab boleh fit 5members in 1room which is quite rate for other hotel to provide 5person in 1room

The shower/toilet partition not clean, thats my one only complaint

By location wise I'm happy it's near by for my events

The night shift male staff cuz infront us no Cust staying only morning shift was staying over there suddenly night shift staff (male) he was call my personal number to ask us to close door and don't make noise this is so bad isit the hotel was really in sound proof door how come the male night shift staff can inform us like this after that for days our mood spoil cuz event cant talk once we scare the staff will call back us we seriously uncomfortable for 2days in the hotel 88

The room which we stayed in was super clean and provided basic essentials. The hotel still have the small pillows just like in their picture. The room has a ceiling and also aircond so we can choose. The front desk staff was very informative. There were more tv channels compared to other hotels, and it was very clear. The hotel also has laundry facilities.

None, so far up to my expectation.
