No complaints at all about this room or the condo in general. If you plan on cooking in the room you may want to plan ahead, but otherwise we loved our stay.

Lovely condo with lots of open space and great views of the ocean. More than is typical room, bathrooms, etc; Overall was a great relaxing week at a much needed time. Would love to stay at this condo again on a future visit.

The property and location was wonderful. We really enjoyed using the indoor pool with the chilly weather. Some things to note: the first bedroom on the right is very difficult to close from the inside (almost impossible) and even a bit from the outside, the area rug in the living room has some edges that are flipped up a bit and caused some to almost trip, cell phone service wasn't great, and internet was a struggle (there is a notice on the magnet on the fridge about internet), we appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, but there wasn't really a good pantry for food that we brought (it was all on top of the counters) or enough Tupperware for cooked food, the parking garage was pretty terrible with the construction going on and made it difficult to get around, and the floors could use a good mopping because our son's feet were filthy everyday. However, even with these minor set backs, we'd stay in this condo again.

Spacious rooms and beautiful view of the beach. Loved having a separate bar for all our adult drinks! I did not like all the things that were broke, including; the faucet in the kitchen, a chair on the patio, the screen door, the upper rack in the dishwasher, and wall outlets that didn't work with inconvenient locations in the bedrooms. Not to mention a few light bulbs not working and headboards that were not attached to the bed frames. It also could have e been cleaned better before we got there; crumbs and such in the cabinets. For how much I paid for this rental, I fealt it could have been nicer.

Unit had a kitchen faucet that was not secure with nut. A floating faucet is quite unusual. Bar faucet cold water handle was not working. Dishwasher top shelf needs service and had no stop from preventing it from pulling all the way out. Pillows were mediocre. Master bedroom sheet was too small. Outdoor chair was broken leaving us with not enough seats for everyone. That said dinning room excellent, ice maker a plus and working (have stayed in places that it didn’t), parking garage on same level was superb! The pool slide was fun even for adults. Lazy river was awesome. Overall we had a great stay but the issues we experienced for the price were unacceptable.

This resort is great for families. We have come down for many years to this location and always have a good time.

Loved the fabulous view of the Gulf from the floor to ceiling windows in joint living/dining rooms. The spaciousness of all rooms was nice, as was having a bathroom for all three bedrooms. Enjoyed having parking on the same floor as the condo.

This is a lovely condo. It is very spacious and in a great location. We all enjoyed staying here for a week.

The kids loved the pools and lazy river with a slide. The beach was beautiful and the parking was so easy.

I love every moment of this trip!!! The condo was stunning and so very clean, we even got to check in a little early! Vacasa and Phoenix West II were highly accommodating!! I highly recommend this listing for anyone who wants peace beauty and fun on their next Orange Beach vacation!!!

The room is huge , master suite awesome. We had 6 adults and 5 kids plenty of room. Well be back for sure. Loved it. The only thing I would change about the trip was the weather . Lots of cloudy days and rain still a great time. (Family First)

The building and amenities were nice, but the condo lacked. It was missing simple items like a wine opener, cozies, hooks on the back of the doors for towels, playing cards, etc. The frying pans were small and horrible to clean. The ice maker in the fridge made ice but it didn’t dispense. The sheets on the master bed were too small and kept pulling off the corners. There were no small rugs in front of the patio door, the kitchen sink, or the bathrooms. We had to buy hangers so we could hang out nicer clothes! The kitchen faucet was very loose and was difficult to use. The dishwasher wheel carriage was broken, and the dishwasher soap dispenser never opened during cycle. Lastly, the master shower had no type of shower caddy to store shampoo and soap so all supplies sat on the shower floor. The outside furniture was sub par and one chair was broken; so was the screen door. When you pay close to 6k for a week at a condo, one should expect these basic things to be available. We’ll come back to Phoenix West, but not unit 609.

We loved this place that hosted 9 women for a girls trip! Beautiful place and beach! We had groceries delivered right to the condo and went out to some fun places nearby!

We recently rented the condo to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday and the place was perfect! Great location, clean, and plenty of room to celebrate!

My family loved this condo! The location was perfect, with easy access to parking garage and elevators. My son loved the water slide. I would recommend bringing hand soaps for the kitchen and bathrooms because none we provided. We definitely plan on returning in the future.

We booked for my sister’s bachelorette party. My sister LOVES the beach and a good lazy river which is why I chose this location. The complex was beautiful, very well kept and accommodating. It was great to be able to park on our floor and have a cart to bring our items into the condo. Our view was amazing and our condo was just the right size for us. The only downside was the small area between the wet bar and the countertop seating around the kitchen counter. With 11 people, it got a little congested in that area from time to time. Other than that, which was very minor, the condo was beautiful and awesome! We loved having the walkway to the beach which included several hoses to wash the sand off and cubbies to hold your flip flops/sandals. While it was too cold during our trip to actually float in the lazy river it looked amazing. We will definitely be back and we have been talking about making this a yearly trip!!
