Well kept and beautiful

Perfect for girls weekend!! Room was beautiful beach was so nice and clean and it was so easy to get to entertainment and shopping!

The condo was spotless upon arrival. Towels a little rough but that is the only thing that was not 5 star. Staff exceptional. Beac was not crowded at all and rooftop sunset viewing was the best. 5 star all the way.

The overall experience was great. Parking was a nightmare. Our second vehicle usually found somewhere to park with the paid parking next door. On our sixth day in, someone took our spot that afternoon and overnight. Luckily, that evening there was another opening that we snagged for the night. The next day when my husband went back again to let them know it still wasn't available, and we didn't want to interfere with someone else. They went to let them know they had to move. It was just frustrating with the parking.

Great first time staying here. Extremely clean condo & loved having w/d inside. Loved being able to have our dog with us. Pool very clean. Quiet inside condo even with pool below. Employees nice & helpful & friendly. Made deposit for next year.

Nice unit. Clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach and a really nice beach especially for walking. It was walking to several red and shopping, but on a busy road. This is a busy area but there is a sidewalk. If we return to this location would stay here again!

Two bed/bath on the gulf as described. Not clean. Couch very uncomfortable and the whole place smelled like some cheap air freshener. Rickety chairs. Smoke detectors chirping. Called in and was told to take the batteries out. Terrible parking if you have more than 1 car. Walk in showers with no curb resulted in rotting baseboards. Constant wet bathroom floors. Beach was nice but Wouldn’t stay here again.

This is my second time renting at Oceana. A few things: 1. Location is great!! Could not be more conveniently located. 2. Property in general is very nice and check in process was a breeze. 3. Pool is small but works fine for breaks from the beach. 4. The first unit I stayed in was great—well kept, super clean, furniture updated. This unit was not as nice. Furniture is worn and beat up. Lots of marks on the walls. We ate in a few times and kitchen items need updated as they are old. Sink in main bath seems like it’s going to fall off the wall. I feel like it would not take much to do a few small fixes and it would be much nicer. Overall I would 100% stay at this property again, just not this particular unit.

The photos are a bit deceptive and indicate the suite to be newer than they are. The upholstery is dirty, rugs need freshening, and there was mold in the bath and shower curtain. The lamp shades were full of matted dust. The beauty of the beach compensated for this. The staff was warm and competent and parking was FREE. This was a terrific perk as every other luxury property tacks on a generous sum for this privilege.

I didn’t realize check in was across the street until I got out of the car and decided to take the elevator up to see the place. There was a sign at the bottom of the elevator that the check in was across the street. I did know the address from pervious email but no clues were given in how to check in. I would have loved some beach towels, we were traveling from CA and not lugging beach towels over a 2 week vacation, we were staying in Treasure Island for 3 if those 14 nights. Condiments would have been great and laundry soap for the high rate per night would not make me want to return. It’s the small little things that make a difference. This is not a mom and pop owner. This is big business. I will not be back. Check out was at 10, I thought it should have been 11 like most.

The condo was clean and right on the beach. We liked there was so many good restaurants close by and Publix less than a block down the road. The beach was beautiful.

We stayed in WO203. Bad decision The smoke sensor had the battery in low energy and its was sound every 30 second There are three sand chair and only one its works and when I asked them if they can change for other one's they told that I can rent it. Bad service .

Reviewer Comments: Specialist's appts for my daughter were up to 7 weeks long over the year, this trip only 3 days, yet knowing we wanted to be around Treasure Island. A late arrival from Canada meant some running around to get a key but we finally got into the unit by midnight. The unit was sufficiently furnished and basically ready for us. Positives are proximity and view to the beach and water (it's nice to have that coming from the Canadian prairies); tv in each room is great; a little bit of salt and pepper was there from previous guests, thankyou. No part bag of coffee when we got there (all other units over the years have had some so I just expected it I guess) so I bought coffee and coffee mate for the next gang (having simple things like that on the first morning are nice). Unfortunately some of the cutlery had old food caked on, which indicates they weren't checked, so we just washed what we used instead of re-washing everything. The two frying pans are long past their life span and would smoke immediately (once the finish is gone they should be gone). It was nice that the prelim said there were beach chairs and maybe an umbrella available. We only had one free afternoon to go to the beach. The chairs were all broken so I tried to repair one that one of us could use. However as I sat down on the beach the already weakened legs snapped, as I tried to stop from falling off, my hand was crushed under a rusty broken leg and gouged out a chunk of my finger. Of course the blood flow was quick; a quick run back to the unit to look for a basic medical kit found nothing. Thankfully my daughter is a nurse so a Walgreens trip secured enough antiseptic, bandages, tape, etc, choosing that route rather than go somewhere for stitches. I would stay at this property again and don't expect all things to be perfect, but for $400 / night I do expect faulty assets / amenities to be removed before a guest is unecessicarily injured. Overall rate 3+ of 5 stars. Oceana was fine for this quick stay.

Peaceful and enjoyable staying on the beachfront at Treasure Island, nice restaurants nearby.
