Very enjoyable stay and a great host. Easy to communicate with and highly efficient. Would definitely stay again!

An employee recently stayed at a VRBO rental, and we were thoroughly impressed by the owner's responsiveness. They promptly addressed any questions or concerns we had and were proactive in ensuring our comfort. This property was a nice condo with 2 rooms, a living/kitchen area and a bedroom. The property was clean and supplied with everything you need, dishes, pots, silverware, foil, plastic wrap, toaster, coffee maker, cleaning supplies and washer and dryer. The rooms were decorated nicely and the couch and bed were very comfortable. There is a large bathroom with a great shower. The condo was located close to downtown West Palm Beach and lots of shopping. It was about 20 minutes to several beaches. The outdoor area including the pool was in need of some upkeep. Several pool chairs were broken along with pool lighting but that is not the hosts fault. The condo is close to Route 95 and was loud if you were outside, but didn't bother us inside the condo. If in the area again we would stay at this condo.

We called Vi about an early check-in as we were suppose to arrive at 9:am in Florida. She was kind enough to check with management and granted our request. Condo is located in large community of families and younger adults. Safety was not an issue and there was not noisy. The bed was comfortable and we aways want to do laundry where we stay. The condo was clean and we did have some problems with the toilet but didnt tell Vi until we were leaving. She thanked us for telling her. The condo is close to the freeway and convenient.
