Comfortable - Road paving and roof construction all week

The condo is cozy and clean! Its in a convenient location. The owner Judd gave me a call before our trip and he ws auper friendly, he gave me so info on places to go and a few restaurants. Overall we had a nice memorial day weekend in Steamboat Springs!

Great, central location with everything we needed. Just right for walking to the lifts and enjoying local ski area amenities. Very quiet and comfortable.

Nice community-close to skiing, Gas fireplace, comfortable beds and shuttle pick up were the major pluses for this condo. Some minor details were addressed with property manager such as lack of coffee filters, a few plumbing issues and difficulty with keyless entry at times. Overall a nice stay!!!

Apartment is older but comfortable. It has the minimum needed amenities, comfortable beds and usable kitchen. Its a bout a 10 minute walk to the slopes ( There is a shuttle bus, but we never used it). The apartment owner is very helpful and offered lots of useful tips. The hot tub/pool area is acceptable, though there is no real changing area and the entrance is through the parking garage

Clean, comfortable, quiet condo exactly as described. A quick 2 minute drive or 7 minute walk from the gondola base. Owner was kind enough to call prior to our trip to give us tips about the area which were useful. Had one small hiccup upon check-in and the property manager answered the phone right away and solved the problem in under a minute. Would definitely stay again.

Owner was extremely communicative and helpful. Provided many helpful suggestions about the area and the mountain. Property was very clean and pleasant. Location is close to mountain. Walkable or convenient shuttle ride. Would definitely rent again.

This was a great place to stay in the Steamboat area. Walking distance to the mountain and the cutest little grocery store on the way (Wild Plum)!

Everything was great and exceeded expectations. BTW, when walking to the gondola, there's a nice shortcut through the middle of the block that cuts the walk time in half to 5 minutes! Very convenient.

Good overall. Very hard to get the key to work on the exterior building door. My kids weren’t able to do this themselves and even us adults would sometimes struggle for a few minutes which was annoying. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had an enjoyable stay. The condo was located near town and spacious enough for 4 people.

Location!

A lovely place with everything we needed during our short stay. Location is within a fairly short distance (though not walkable) from hiking trails and downtown. Though we are not skiers anymore, it looks like this would be a great place to stay during the skiing season.

Perfectly located within walking distance to everything the mountain has to offer.

Great place, clean, a bit further from town than we thought but we had a rental car, so it wasn’t a problem

We had a really fun family trip this year. The location was close to the slopes, which was huge since I’m breastfeeding and have to be able to make it back to feed my baby. The property wasn’t overly clean, which was disappointing, especially since I believe there was an “enhanced cleaning fee” on our bill (so we had a lot of jokes about businesses taking advantage of COVID to make extra money without doing anything). For example, all of the glasses in the cabinet had to be washed before use as they either hadn’t been washed or if they had, whoever had put them away had desperately needed to wash their hands. Gross either way. Because we were there with a baby we got the opportunity to look for lost items under furniture and found lots of dust and used tissues…the floor in the main bathroom needed sweeping and the shower curtain was mildewing along the bottom. My husband had to fix the toilet because it wouldn’t stop running and the shower after the handle fell off. In addition, the internet wasn’t working, which wasn’t great since my husband had to work a half day out first day there.

We stayed here for about three weeks, it was great. Perfect location to the mountain (short walking distance), place had everything we needed. Cozy and comfortable. Hosts were readily available if needed but did not bother you either. We loved it and hope to come back one day!

Everything in listing accurate. We skied every day. Walked to/from gondola. We rented skis from Fleischer’s. Stored our snow and ski boots there so didn’t have to walk to/from in ski boots. Use the elevator across from Fleisher’s for easy access to sidewalk and trail to condo. Didn’t rent a car. Used Go Alpine to/from airport and then free bus for everything else. Make dinner reservations in advance! Used Yelp for restaurant reviews. Nice condo and very nice property managers. Owner called in advance of trip to answer any questions. Very positive experience.

Great location, amenities, and space. You’re a quick walk (didn’t even take the shuttle) to the slopes and a quick drive into town. I’d stay here again!
