Location! + It was the cheapest option for a tiny apartment I could find, so we should have been ready for what was to come.
The apartment is dark, old furniture and old AC. The bathroom is also old.

Everything! Amazing location! Super friendly and kind staff! Very clean! Shower had great water pressure! Bed was super comfortable!

The noise as there is a bar under the rooms that is constantly with loud music
Also the rooms are a bit outdated and the couch has multiple stains. I must say the owner gave us sheets to cover the couch and was very nice and helpful

You get what you pay for. Very simple room.

The location: Dizengoff street is full of pubs and bars. The accommodation offers some lockers where to leave small baggages after check out. It has been very useful.
I found the room clean at my arrival but the cleaning is not daily.
There is a pub just down the accommodation and it could be noisy during the night and the morning but the room has double glass windows so it is quite ok. Anyway I suggest the accommodation

Perfect location, close of the main turistic points and restaurants in TLV. The apartment has everything you need, is cozy and very clean! The amenities also was very pleasant. The communication with the owner was good, he sent videos of the location and made it easier the self check in.

Great location, cafés and restaurants nearby. Beach is at walking distance, Tel Aviv promenade is amazing. Bus stops just accross the street, easy to get to the train stations and airport. Zeev was so helpful during our stay, assisted with all our requests and questions. Would definately recommend. Hope to get back soon.

Everything from location to service! Roomy and full of light with electric cook top made the stay great value for money!

Zeev was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice in an excellent location close to shops cafes and many more

Excellent location. Clean, but spartan. Ze'ev helped us get wheelchair upstairs one afternoon. Wheelchair was a last-minute change in plans, but we thought we could manage even with one flight of stairs.
