The location was perfect for us as we did not want to stay in the busy part of Moalboal. It’s only 10mn drive from the villa to the town center. We hired a scooter which was available at the villa. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Communication was also perfect. We had a dinner at the villa which freshly cooked by his wife, honestly, it was one of the best meals we had during our trip in Moaboal. Sandro also helped us to plan our daily tours to save us time and money. I definitely recommend this villa. I will stay there again if I even return to Moaboal.

The only regret I had was not staying there longer.

Janet was a great host- from knowing how to get there to just any other question we had- she was always ready to help. Rooms were spacious and clean with good Wi-Fi.

The villas are a little bit outside of Moalboal, but we rented a scooter that made it easy to move around.

The place looks like brand new. its spacious, clean and feels like home. I like the furniture and interior. The view garden view outside is perfect to chill in the morning or afternoon. Janet made us comfortable and we miss her breakfast so much. i love the filipino breakfast and my boyfriend loves the continental breakfast she serves. the wifi is fast and reliable for remote work. we really miss the place.

Everything is perfect aside from no bidet. The place is a bit far from the restaurants and bars but we don’t really mind since the property is peaceful and quiet to stay in.

10/10! The whole property is very beautiful! The apartment is very spacious, has a big bathroom and everything you need if you want to cook. The veranda is great to sit and watch the sunset. The host is super nice, makes a really good breakfast and helped us planning trips and gave recommendations. You can also rent scooters for a good price directly on the property. Value for money is incredible!

It‘s about 10-12 minutes away by Scooter to get to the popular Restaurants, which didn‘t bother us at all. Just to keep in mind that you need some sort of transportation.

Cozy, spacious and very clean, at this price it was the best we had during our trip in the Philippines. Jannette has a big heart, takes very good care of her clients, and was very helpful with us any time we needed something. Highly recommended !

A few kilometers from the center of Moalboal BUT she offers to rent scooters for a very fair price and in excellent condition.

Everything! Difficult to decide what we liked most as this is a truly hidden gem. The apartment (guesthouse) itself is very nice with a large livingroom with a lot of light and a cozy decoration. Clean, great beds, free water, unlimited hot water for showering and superfast & stable wifi. The surroundings are beautiful with a spacious set up and a lot of green around you. You are a 15 minutes scooter ride away from the busy area in Moalboal. Breakfast is amazing (do it!) with enough choices and amazing quality. And the best part is: they bring it to your room. Summarized this is great value for money and it exceeded all our expectations. All the staff is incredibly nice and helpful and Jeanette is the example host that every place in the Philippines (and in the world) should take as an example! We loved our stay so much we extended a couple of times.

Maybe provide alittle more kitchen equipment from the get go. The host is super nice and gave us everything. But i think if you have such a nice kitchen, might as well equip it from the start right?

The hosts were absolutely incredible. Super super helpful and kind and made the most delicious breakfast. We could rent a scooter off of them for the best price. The room was excellent clue for money and had plenty of WiFi back up so there was always an option. The room was super clean and the best was the most comfortable ever. We absolutely loved our stay here and honestly couldn’t recommend it more. We hope to return one day.

We liked everything about this property. It’s perfectly located between Moalboal and Badian. It’s perfect for relaxation because it’s situated away from the busy crowd by the beach. It has a direct access to the beach though we were not able to use it due to weather conditions. The host is very accommodating to our needs. The place is very spacious and clean. The place will take your stress away. Also, the food is so great! Our overall stay was worth our money. I must say, it’s the best value for money.

My 7 year old says it was a really beautiful place with friends for him to play with and WiFi My wife says it feels like home, clean, quiet , peaceful I loved it because it’s so green and low walls so you can see far, fresh air, nice owners, lots of space, quality fixtures and fittings in the room. Quite large apartment. Good noise insulation.
