Great place for Family

This is an amazing property! Our tribe has found the perfect house to allow us to escape and relax once a year. The host was very accommodating and prompt to answer any questions.

This house was amazing and had so much space and beautiful rooms. We loved the outdoor area too!

Everything about this property was perfect!! Easily and comfortably fit our group of 19 women for a fabulous weekend in Fredericksburg. The manager was so prompt to respond with any questions we had. So easy to check in and out! The rooms are HUGE! It’s a very quiet location- perfect in every way! Thank you!!!

The property is exactly as advertised, maybe better! I had a large group of women ranging from 38-50 for my 40th birthday. The place accommodated us perfectly, and was divided up enough that people could "get away" as needed. We had a chef come multiple nights and had rented a second long table and chairs that fit perfectly next to the dining table. We all can't stop talking about the experience. The host was terrific and very accommodating. The backyard was a great asset as was the screened-in porch. We also all couldn't get over how nice the beds were - mattresses in particular. These are the things that matter when you're in your 40s! You won't be sorry if you stay here!

This house was absolutely perfect for our big group. Everyone had their own luxurious, private space. We could gather easily in many large-group-friendly spaces inside and outside the home, and yet not live on top of each other. Gorgeous home and property! We'll be back.

I booked this home for my boss and his family. The property is absolutely beautiful and is now my boss’ favorite place to stay in the area! The property manager was wonderful, quick to respond, and so so helpful. 10 out of 10 stars. Booking a second trip as we speak!!!

Very secluded while still very close to all the enjoyments that Fredericksburg has to offer. VERY VERY NICE!!!! Each room enjoyed it's own bathroom access as well as its own TV access(which we did not need). The property manager was very nice and helpful from time of booking throughout the entire stay up until checkout. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR YOUR LARGE FAMILY GATHERING WHEN YOU JUST DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO MEET UP AT EACH OTHER'S HOTELS OR OTHER RENTAL PROPERTIES!!!

Super high comfortable beds with mountains of pillows, plenty of space for each couple, 2 separate staircases for ultimate privacy, lovely pool, hot tub and grill. Improvements needed in pool cleaning, and tv ease of use. I particularly enjoyed taking a long walk/run in the neighborhood. Lots of trees and creeks.

Girls getaway for our 40th birthdays! The house was spacious and the pool was perfect! We walked to Main Street for dinner both nights and enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the huge screened in patio each morning. We would highly recommend this house!

Our Haus was incredible! Big, spaceous, lots of bathrooms, for 8 females. Swimming pool and hot tub was great. We were celebrating my youngest daughters 30th birthday and mostly just wanted to visit with family and be stress free and this house was PERFECT!

My siblings and I reserved this home to celebrate our father’s 70th birthday. We had a total of 17. This home exceeded our expectations!! The pictures do not do it justice. The space was very large and well thought out to accommodate a large group. The house was extremely clean and very high end from furniture, linens, kitchen appliances, to include the living space outdoors. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked for a complete weekend. We didn’t want to leave! The owner was very responsive to any questions from the time we reserved up to the time we left. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

The home itself was absolutely beautiful and very well laid out. The amenities were preppped and ready for us. We instantly felt welcome when we walked in and there was some nice music playing on the tv. There was a very thorough house guide that provided information all about the house (and instructions for the outdoor amenities) along with clear instructions for checkout which we appreciated as well. The beds were very comfortable, and we had ample space for our party of 15. The porch was awesome. I wish we had been able to stay a bit longer to enjoy all of the house offerings even more! Very technology friendly home too which was a nice perk. It is very clear that a lot of attention to detail and care has been given to this lovely rental. We loved the area/neighborhood & our entire experience. 10 out of 10 for us!

The home is beautiful and the location is ideal. We all had a wonderful stay! The property managers were very prompt and attentive in replying to any concerns or problems. The comfy bedrooms and lovely bathrooms were enjoyed by all. The heated pool was a big hit with the grandkids. The fire pit was great on chilly evenings. I look forward to returning to this property soon!
