This was our third trip to this home with Friends. 9 of us stayed this year and we had more than enough space for everyone . The kitchen, living room and dining area are great for large groups. We had plenty of room to eat and play games. The location to Dolly Sods is wonderful for hiking. We will be back!

The house with it’s layout, fire pit and hot tub make this house a great place to stay. Another great reason to stay here is a short drive to the top of the mountain and you can hike into Dolly Sods. The only issue we found was the house was not well prepped nor cleaned. There was an empty paper towel tube and an empty soap bottle next to the kitchen sink. The bottom few steps had substantial lint and hair. We located the vacuum which was full of dog hair. Even with the lack of cleaning which we took care of, we would definitely stay here again. The only other recommendation I would give is to extend the roof over the hot tub. We really enjoyed it, but when the wind blew the snow off the roof, it was extremely cold on our heads.

We ad a great weekend at te property. The house inneat and very roomy. We had a lot of fun playing shuffle board. Enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing. Mostly well equipped, but could use a few items in the kitchen.

This was the perfect winter weekend getaway for us. We loved the location, the space, the fireplace, the hot tub and the privacy. We will definitely be back.

The house was as described in the write up and in the reviews. What a beautiful mountain setting in a secluded and convenient environment. Some of the amenities are showing their age and are borderline ready for updates. Unfortunately, the dryer was not working, and it was recently replaced, no fault of the owner, which made the cleaning process more challenging for the staff. Therefore, the home wasn't as clean as we thought it should be upon our arrival. We had a good stay and the cabin was very convenient to Timberline for skiing and to many local hiking areas.

Beautiful cabin, open concept and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. Hot tub and gas firepit on the deck.

Very nice house and a good location. The house was very clean. The shuffle board and hot tub were great to have. Nice views off the back deck at sunset. The access to Dolly Sods at the top of the ridge was great for us. We would rent this house again. Thank you.

Homey, comfortable, warm. We appreciated the plowed driveway just before our departure due to its steepness and the 40 degree drop in temperature after rain. Also grateful for quick response from maintenance for a small problem.

Great location, nice layout of cabin.

1.I would like to suggest is that during winter season that supplies for making fire in fireplace be provided. etc. wood and something long to light the fire. 2nd suggestion would be to replace visibly stained mattress covering. However my overall trip was fantastic. The pictures on line does not give the home the justice it deserves. The home was very well stocked, modern but comfy, and pretty much everything provided. I will be a repeat customer

Great place! Much bigger than pictures depict. Loved the open area with living room, kitchen and dining area with the fireplace. Loved the view from the deck and hottub! The kids loved seeing the deer walk through the woods. Kitchen has everything you need including spices and foil. The cleaning crew did a fabulous job getting the place super clean! Our girls loved the shuffleboard and played with it every second they could. My husband liked the fireplace and bought some wood at Canaan Realty. I really liked that they had puzzles available and finished a fun bird one during our stay. It snowed after our 2nd night there and it was a beautiful sight to see being in the woods up on the mountain. The drive up and driveway is a little steep in places, but we made it fine in our SUV. There are neighboring cabins, but they are spread out enough in a thick wooded area that I would consider it private enough for those that like privacy. We would definitely stay here again!

TV in upstairs bedroom was very fuzzy, but downstairs had many options for shows. I did break my leg climbing Seneca rocks. This property was even better than anticipated. Grabbing the keys was easy, everything was clean onsite, and all the amenities were in excellent shape (hot tub, grill). Even the diversity and quality of kitchen items were well above average for a rental property. We'd seriously consider coming back here.

This property was even better in person, pictures don't do it justice! It is so spacious and open. The property was very clean, and all the appliances were in working order. It is in a great location that is a short drive to Davis/Thomas, Dolly Sods, and the state park.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay over Mother's Day weekend. Hiking and enjoying the hot tub was awesome. The house is clean and cozy. We will definitely be back.
