The management company was very helpful with checking in and answering questions. We had a trouble with one of the showers, but they worked with me on this. We would have liked more cooking pans and equipment, but at request they dropped off additional pans.
Overall we wanted a safe place to see LA and beach areas. Any commuting takes time with the city traffic, but I thought this was a great location to go in different directions. The property is large, clean, and well kept. There is also laundry available which was important to my group. I would stay with this property management group again if I get the chance!

I rented this Abnb for me and my elder children to be together for the birth of my first grandchild. I was clear on my request to host most meals during the Holidays so not to inconveniencing the new parents.
The kitchen was disappointing to say the least! If I was warned I would have brought pots and pans from home. I had to purchase a pan and a cookie sheet just to get through the first breakfast, so Christmas dinner was out of the questions!!!
The coup de grace was we were forced to leave early when we woke up to 3 inches of water throughout the house from a heavy rain and a clogged drain.

New Christmas Grandbaby

This listing satisfied our needs and was close enough to the beaches for a quick ride. Clean property. Staff was in timely communication as well.

We had a fun trip over New Years and this was a great place to stay. Room to stretch out and a fenced yard for my dogs, space for the kids so the didn’t get on each other’s nerves, and plenty of parking. Would stay here again!

This house is spacious with 3 bedrooms, 3 queen size "comfortable" beds and nicely decorated throughout. Water pressure in showers were excellent. This is a very clean and well maintained property that I will definitely be going back to! The property manager was easy to communicate with and it was a very pleasant stay... Highly recommeneded!
