Only the location.

Everything was terrible !! , we had so many issues and the property manager just hang up on me and never call me back or answer my text message. The only message we had is if you don’t like you can leave. Find another place in Barcelona for 10 people in July !!! Not easy and when you are there just for 2 days, you don’t have time to spend on packing and looking for another place !!! That was a terrible experience, the day before we left, someone came to fix the shower and bring some news beds as the beds we’re broken and disgusting. My brother in law had to help to put staff in the apartment. Internet was never fixed !! And the property manager never came or call back to apologise !!! The worst experience ! Not enough linen, the towels were dirty !!! And I don’t mention everything. The apartment has a flood issue and the smell was terrible, the blinds did not work……

The only good thing about this property is the location.

Where do I begin? - the cockroaches in the shower - the mirror not attached to the wall - asking for the mirror to be attached for it to be half attached - the lack of light in the smaller shower room - the plug sockets with wires hanging out - the dirty disgusting kitchen - the electrical wires loose near the sink - the fact I was charged without being told why... to then be told it’s a cleaning charge when the apartment was left cleaner than it was when we arrived. Pathetic service.

Overall location and apartments was decent.

Can't really make any noise at all due to neighbours even at weekend which really dampend the going out vibes
