-check in was not easy- there were steps up and down to get to our room and we had to manage the luggage cart on our own. -the woman in the lobby that checked us in was having a bad day or something- you couldn't get a smile out of her for nothing. -there was terrible banging, drilling, and hammering all day- When we called the number for the apartment to complain, they switched us to a different apt a few buildings away, didn't charge us extra, and even sent someone to help us with our stuff. So the bad review does NOT reflect on the management group AT ALL- but we did lose a lot of time with all the moving.

The location was very nice, the beach was very beautiful, but the house wasn’t in very good condition. Though it was clean, it was old and things were either broken or falling apart. If she had put more money into it or renovated the house we would have given it a 5/5

This property has a great location, right on the Atlantic Ocean. We were here with our 6 and 10 year old grandboys and they had a blast. The owners did an extra cleaning job and Vanessa and Natalie were very easy to communicate with before and after our stay. We all enjoyed our three day stay. Looking forward to possibly coming again.

There were roaches. The back furniture was broken. The upstairs was super hott.

Great experience

Check in was easy. Although there were lines. Be sure to bring cash to tip valet. The townhouse was better in persons. The view and sunrise were perfect from the upstairs bedroom. We are a family of 5 and this townhouse accommodated us perfectly. We enjoyed our evenings on the patio listening to the ocean and grilling some steaks. Only suggestion is maybe replace a patio chair. Other than that. We totally enjoyed our stay.

The bathtubs were covered in other people's hair, there was mold in both bathrooms on the ceiling, walls, doors, trim, and cupboards were filthy to the point it made me want to bleach everything before allowing my kids to touch. There were roaches downstairs. The back patio needs to be weeded and kept up. Check in was not enjoyable and they were very short and rude. The only plus to this property was location and being able to walk right out to the beach. Around the steps when you walk off of your patio is also covered in trash. We even had a stinky dead bird right by the steps. We just tried to make the best of the situation we were in. I made no complaints while there as it would have been useless because the staff was very rude and dismissive anytime you would ask a question. The sad part was the other townhouses next to the one we were staying in from what we could see looked way better.

This location was amazing I watched the sun rise each morning from the most comfy bed ever! Seriously I could have spend my entire vacation there!!! The property is as it appears in the current pictures and the entire checkin process was effortless for a relaxing stay.

Miami was surprisingly fun and beach was second to none!

Needs to be maintained-cleaned- repaired and replaced. On the beach but you can’t leave out of the beach entrance/exit. Things are broken or not available. Food smell from other unit is overwhelming Showers are moldy no cold water Unit was not clean

Upon arrival, Not a single person on site, from security, person working main desk to the rude young lady in the small store, smiled, greeted or even looked like they cared to be there. The hotel in general is not well maintained from entrance ( nasty old stained wet carpet ), pool area needs major overhaul ( all pools chairs were stained and clearly never cleaned, one shower head hardly worked, no dishwasher (states on inventory list) pans or skillets could not be used ( bad handles/ poor quality), chipped boles and glasses, toaster ( lol, just try to use ) TRASH On floor from previous guests, ROOM NEEDS some serious upgrades from bathroom, kitchen, sleeper sofas, etc. Connor complain about bed, and location to beach. However, NO beach or umbrellas service within a mile from this beach.

This place was absolutely beautiful! We all loved how close we were to the beach. This area of Miami is more private, and the beach was not crowded at all! We went during March where there are many spring breakers, but this area was quiet. I’d love to stay here again!

We had a great time! It was clean, had all we needed and even a boogie board which my kids really enjoyed. This place was ok for kids but not the best only due to the crowd that stays here, nothing terrible, just more of a party destination. My kids did have a blast though and didn’t seem to mind.

Patio door is on the ground level and you have a direct and private access to board walk and the beach avoiding all the crowd in the building. Cons: Property is kind of old and needs a maintenance. One of sliding shower door was missing at the bathroom and shower water pressure was low. It was hard to take a shower. There was some stains on the kitchen counter tops and scotch tape marks on the toilet seats. Anyway, my family enjoyed the spring break in Miami. Kids had a great time.

Very good location and clean place. The premises are located just in front of the beach and there is a bicycle-walking track along the beach. Place was calmer during the week and can get very crowded on the weekends.

Beautiful condo! Owner was very responsive and attentive .First day we realized the washer handle was broken contacted owner who sent technician immediately.Steps from the beach which was not crowded close to everything on Miami Beach .Will def book again
