Overall, great stay and vacation at Long Beach. A few things I would note to make it even better; please fix the Cable. No TV when relaxing late at night, or early morning with coffee was a miss. We were able to connect to some smart tv functionality, but no “live” tv.
The condo was clean, but NOT immaculate. You could tell that there were guests staying the week prior; wet and sandy couches and some items dirty in the kitchen. A must fix is the dryer. It was very loud, we could only turn it on when we were leaving the condo for an extended amount of time.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was a great setup for two couples with access to the balcony. Lots of windows. Easy access to the pool. It was nice having beach chairs and umbrella for the week. Some minor issues with poolside restrooms being unavailable due to maintenance, washer/dryer in unit needing repair, living room TV not working and difficulty with communications with property management. Other than that, a nice place to stay.

Was a very nicely appointed condo. The views and location were magnificent and the 7th floor was a perfect location. Saw pods of dolphins on several of the mornings we were there.
Loved the setup with 2 masters facing the ocean. Bathroom tub/shower combination was a bit dated with large round tubs. Would be nice to have had one walk-in shower in one of the bathrooms. For this time of year only having small heated pools was a disadvantage. Would have been nice to enjoy the larger lagoon pool but I was aware that was not heated. Was great to have use of beach chair service provided by owners and a great perk. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals in condo which we did for several of them. Getting to and from beach to unit was easily accessible and newer elevators were quick. Loved that this section of beach was not overly crowded which was very nice. There are no extra beach items like chairs or toys which would have been nice to have without having to travel with or purchase while there.
Bill was great to deal with and communicate with. The only thing was having to mail back pool bracelets. No one seemed to even have them on and we really only used one day since didn’t seem to be a requirement.
Location was great and was across the street from Walmart and liquor/spirits store. I did an online grocery order and did a pickup at Walmart making things very convenient.
Overall very nice condo and we would choose to stay there again!

The unit is absolutely beautiful! Bill communicated with us and ensured we had everything we need. Conveniently located to St Andrews Park and dining. The beach is beautiful. A little chilly this week but only Mother Nature can help that.

We loved our condo. It was so clean and modern. Kitchen was very well stocked. Location was amazing. Pools and hot tubs were nice and the beach was beautiful.

Great location, beautiful condo
My only complaint is that I have issues with allergies and every time we went into the lobby to get on or off the elevator whatever they were cleaning with or spraying was EXTREMELY strong and horrible to smell. I had to cover my face and take a Benadryl every time. Other people staying there said the same thing.
Otherwise beautiful view, clean , very nice.

We had a great week vacation stay here .The only down fall was it was a little chilly to be on the beach everyday but it was December so .We always love coming to PCB ,and staying at this condo was great it is close to everything and had a beautiful view out every window .Bill is easy to reach if you have any issues .We will be back for sure !!

Let me start out by saying I can’t really say enough positive about this condo. It was extremely clean. It was large. It was very modern. The view was spectacular. Three pools located on the property with a very tropical feel. I have stayed in several condos in Panama and this is by far the best I have ever stayed in. Everything that you would need for cooking is supplied there. Plenty of pots and pans, utensils, both cooking and flatware, slow cooker, toaster, blender, and the list goes on and on. All you need to think about coming here is bringing your clothes and doing your food shopping . Oh, and also both bedrooms have their own bathrooms located within. This will definitely be my first choice when I book again. Thank you again, Bill Peterson.!

Beautifully remodeled, large balcony, beautiful pool. Quick walk to pool and beach. Although we didn't make dinners, the kitchen had everything that you would need to do so.

We loved the location and the condo. Long Beach Resort is one of the nicest places we’ve been so far. Would definitely recommend the resort to my friends and family.

We have stayed at several properties in the Panama City Beach area and love it. This property has a wonderful lay out and great view, however it missed the mark for our family in a couple of areas. The beds were incredibly comfy. The cleanliness upon arrival was meh, not awful but not great. The kitchen had dirty dishes in cabinets upon our arrival. I had to wash dishes before we could use anything, from bowls, plates, and silverware. There were no dish towels we could find either. Most condos we have stayed at provide beach towels or have a closet with beach gear, sand toys, etc. This one did not so be sure to bring your own or buy in town. We also unfortunately had neighbors on a balcony beside us that were smoking (and not cigarettes…) so that kept us for enjoying the balcony as much as we would have liked. Chair service, if you want a front row so reserve as soon as you check in. We did not and were told we couldn’t be on front row (could just be because it was high season though… and not a big deal.). I was glad we brought our own chairs to put at waters edge. Lastly, parking passes and pool bracelets are mailed to you before your trip. Then once you return home, you have to mail those pool bracelets back to property owner. I much prefer just leaving them in condo like every other unit. It’s a hassle to go in to post office to get correct postage amount, pay, and then ship out.
Overall, we had a great trip… just some little hiccups.

We’ve stayed at Long Beach Resort before and love the floor to ceiling windows and the duel master suites that gives everyone a view of the gorgeous beach and ocean. This condo is beautiful.

This condo was exactly as described and met the needs of our family perfectly. The property manager was so easy to work with, check-in and check-out was seamless, and he responded to questions promptly. The view was gorgeous and being able to walk right out to the beach was amazing. Beds were super comfortable and we all slept well. The only areas for improvement would be a more well-stocked kitchen, better draining tubs, and a deep clean on the floors. We tend to do most of our own cooking when we are on vacation and could've used more eating utensils. Cooking supplies were the bare minimum. Tons of storage space for our own food though! Tubs drain slowly at most beach properties due to sand, so nothing new there. Wouldn't keep us from staying here again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay-the unit was just as advertised with new beds and dishwasher. Bill was very easy to work with, checkin was easy. A few notes if you stay here- bring a blow dryer, bring soap, and garbage bags. We have never stayed anywhere that a blow dryer wasn’t present-so just a heads up😘. My one complaint about the stay wasn’t to do with the unit but the beach chairs provided. They put every umbrella and chair right on top of one another. I do not wish to be elbow to elbow with fellow beach goers and this was literally elbow to elbow. The umbrellas actually touched. No other complex on the beach does this. Please address this with the condo board- the beach guys said they were instructed to do this.

The view and layout of the condo are spectacular. The guest room is huge and has as good a view as living/dining and master. The master mattress has a dip in it that pushes a person to the edge of the bed. I fell out....ouch! The living room furniture is a bit ¨ẗired"and could use some cleaning and replacement. This is a great condo. We have rented it twice.....with the adjustments I mention it will be spectacular overall.

Unit was clean, decor was very nice and we loved the layout. Every room had huge ocean views. Condo was quiet and elevators were very fast no wait at all. Communication with manager Bill was quick and easy. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Bill and owners for a great vacation!

Elevators have little to no wait. The condo is spacious with views of the ocean from every room. Beds are comfy (though broken in). We have stayed at many places from Laketown Wharf to Shores of Panama and this was by far the easiest condo to get in and out of - easiest walk to the ocean - and nicest/cleanest facility overall.

We have stayed at long beach before, and we absolutely love the location and private beach. The condo was great, and beautiful view. Would maybe recommend updating kitchen appliances, but other than that everything was great.

We enjoyed staying here. Great views, easy access to pool and beach. Only issue I had was that the condo was a little dirty. Dusty and some crumbs here and there, among a few other things, but nothing major that would keep us from staying there again.

Great vacation
My wife and I rented this condo for our daughter, her husband and our two grandsons. It was more beautiful in person than the pictures show. While my wife and I stayed in one of the other wonderful condos in the complex, we had several meals in this condo. The view was fantastic of the gulf waters and sitting on the outdoor patio watching the sunsets were amazing.
I would highly recommend this condo and the condo in building 1 room 404, which my wife and I stayed in .
Dealing with the property manger, Bill Pederson was a pleasure and he was quick to respond to any questions we had before we arrived at the Condo’s and during out stay at the condos.

Stunning Views
This condo was everything we hoped for! The pictures accurately portrayed the rooms, the view, everything. The condo was also very well equipped. Our stay coincided with Spring Break yet our beach front was very family friendly and not crowded at all. I highly recommend this unit and would definitely book again.

Wonderful Stay at Long Beach Resort, PCB
We just returned from staying at this property Mar 12-19 with family.
The condo was clean, in a great location and beautifully decorated. The profile pictures exactly represented the condo, no surprises.
There’s lots of parking, elevators were quick (we were on 7th floor), the security at the front gate were friendly and I witnessed on multiple occasions security refuse entry on the property of people (spring breakers) without resort bracelets.
Beach and pool were clean and enjoyable.
Communicating with Bill, the property manager was quick and he is more than happy to provide recommendations on restaurants.
PCB in general is a great town but be prepared for a little traffic along Front Beach Road and 98. Fully expected this.
Pier Park was great and our favourite restaurants were Schooners, the Back Porch, and The Donut Hole.
We did have a small medical emergency and found a great medical center at Ascension very close. In and out in a little over an hour for a dislocated finger.
I totally recommend this condo and will stay again when we visit PCB again.

Wide not deep
The reason this condo is so spectacular is that it is wide not deep....Wall of Windows with gulf view in every room. Nicely decorated..near elevator...has aot going for it.
