The condo was amazing. It was super clean and had everything we needed. The view was amazing and the waterpark was a huge plus for the kids. We spent Friday and Monday at the park and had very little crowds. I had a small issue with the power going out after a storm and the owner sent someone over very quickly to fix it for us! We would absolutely stay here again!

This was our first time using a rental and we really enjoyed it!

We loved every bit of this stay- the only downfall was having to go get new wrist bands everyday to be at the park, because there was always a line, but I don’t know a way around this. Everyone was friendly and the room was well stocked.

We had a great time over the 4th Of July weekend. The firework displays we watch from our balcony every night were great. However, 4th Of July fireworks were AMAZING!!! The condo was great. We especially enjoyed the beach cart and toys that were included. The lines at the waterpark were really long. if you didn't get in line about 20 mins before they opened plan on being in line for a while. Once inside, my kids really enjoyed themselves. I would recommend this place and we will be back! :)

The property was clean and well maintained. It was great being on the top floor so that there was no noise from above.

Great condo but the water park was very crowded. Several days day camp kids flooded the place. Looked like it is open to anyone who has the $.

The condo was very clean and quiet. The location to the beach was perfect, 3 minute walk. The parking spots are large. They fit my Ram 2500 with no problem. Instructions at check in and check out were easy to follow. Only one negative would be the shower head. It is very low pressure compared to other resorts or hotels we have stayed at We would definitely stay on this condo again.

The room was very nice although they didn’t have anything for you to put your luggage on to get it to your room you had to make multiple trips. And if the parking garage was full you had to park across the street which wasn’t very convenient. You had to get a pass for the park every day that you went down, instead of just giving a pass for however many days you was going to be staying that was a little inconvenient. And let me tell you the elevator was extremely slow and very very very very HOT!!!! They tried to put a fan in there to cool it down but that doesn’t work. Other than that everything was good.

4 adults and 2 kids and we had a great time. Lovely condo with a great view of the water. The water park is only open 10am to 6pm so it quiets down pretty early. I did want to mention the parking garage for other guests, if you have a large vehicle, like a Suburban like we did, the parking garage is very small and dead ends after a round about. I pulled in and had no where to go, it was a chore to get turned around with other cars coming in behind me. The condo was clean and family friendly. If you need a fan to sleep, I suggest you bring one. The beds are super soft, not bad, but not everyone likes super soft. There are beach supplies in the closet by the front door, we didn't know to look in there! Master bedroom closet door sticks, not locked- pull REALLY HARD. Yes, the elevator is slow and could use a fan but I'd rather take the elevator than walk up the stairs! We would definitely stay again !!

Everything was wonderful. The balcony was so relaxing. My kids and I loved sitting and watching for dolphins. The host was very responsive when we needed to reach her. Thank you for an amazing stay! We plan to return.

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Great views from the balcony with a comfy lounge chair as well as high top table. Waterpark was packed on the weekend but much less crowded during the week. Used Walmart delivery for groceries and other supplies which was handy. A couple good restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to those looking for a low key vacation.

Our family was so happy with our choice of this unit. It was clean, beautiful, and the views are breath taking. It is in walking distance of many restaurants as well as the beach. We plan to return next year!!

Two moms and 4 teens celebrating a Sweet 16 in Indian Rocks Beach at this sweet location. The condo was spotless and in better condition than expected based on photos. Definitely loved being on the top floor and overlooking the water as it is much quieter. Great local restaurants within walking distance and others we went to were a short drive. Girls loved the water park and went 3/4 days with the included passes even for just 2 hours one day. Moms went to the park our last day due to our schedule and got discounted tickets ($15). We had to get down there about 15 minutes before the park opens at 10 am to wait on line in order to bring passes and room key back upstairs by checkout. Check in and check out process was simple following the instructions that were emailed. We met a maintenance worker upon arrival who directed us to the correct elevator for the building. Elevator was a little slow and chose to walk down the stairs several times but only walked up once. Beach wagon, umbrellas and chairs were perfect for the short walk to the beach. Loved having separate beach towels. Only issue, which wasn’t a huge problem, closet door in master bathroom was difficult to open; quick email to Debi informed us it was not locked and you need to pull really hard. This is where additional storage of coolers, umbrella, high chair, pack n play was located. Cooler was great for the beach day. We were not able to use Bose speaker by tv. Great stay and would return.

We enjoyed our stay. Very nice place, great location and had a lot of nice things like beach chairs and umbrella and plenty of kitchen supplies. I would stay again.

Condo was clean and looked as expected upon arrival. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had everything we needed, the balcony was great for watching ocean life!

The condo was perfect for our stay, clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. All positive from check-in to check-out! The only exception was the main elevator to floor 8 we had an issue with a few times and had to take the stairs to the 5th Floor and grab the elevator there. The maintenance team was very responsive.

Wonderful location- nice condo with great views, easy beach access, fun waterpark and great restaurants within walking distance.

Beautiful, clean and cozy. Great location close to the beach, which our teens loved. Water park is geared more towards younger kids but we did enjoy a few hours there. Loved the balcony with its lovely views of the intercostal waterway and the ocean.

The beds were very uncomfortable and in need of new mattresses. Also, a fan on the back deck would be ideal. Loved the cleanness and updated condo. Thank you!

Less than 2 blocks to the beach, this property is conveniently located near Indian Rocks Beach. Easy check-in and check-out. Clear communication with the property owner. Lots of delicious restaurant all within walking distance. A great place to stay for a beach vacation!

Loved this property, the location, and the service. The only issue we had was the key card reader and when we called to ask if this can be fixed they came over right away and we had no other issues. Would recommend and stay again.
